Binders on the base alumina cements and their properties
Morávková, Jitka ; Cupák, Petr (referee) ; Burianová, Klára (advisor)
The Bachelor Thesis describes chemical and mineralogical structure, as well as alumina cements manufacture and some of their physical and techno-logical properties. It takes accelerators or plasticizers induced changes by search method. An illustrative laboratory measurement of mixture with accel-erator and plasticizer is complementary to theoretical knowledge in fluidity, air permeability and strength of mixture with aluminium silicate cement binder.
Status of Development of High Temperature Radiation Hardened Hall Sensors for Energy Producing Fusion Devices
Kovařík, Karel ; Ďuran, Ivan ; Sentkerestiová, J. ; Oszwaldowski, M. ; Viererbl, L. ; Boshakova, I. ; Holyaka, R. ; Erashok, V.
A principally new diagnostic method has to be developed to allow the magnetic measurements in true steady state regime of operation of future fusion reactors. One of the options is use of diagnostics based on Hall sensors that are well established in experimental physics and industry. There are two main issues associated with the use of Hall sensors in harsh environment of future fusion reactors. They are low survival temperature of available commercial transducers and unreliability of these mostly semiconductor sensors under neutron irradiation. This paper describes status of development of sensors to be operational in conditions mentioned above.
Hodnocení softwarů pro stanovení porostních charakteristik na základě dat leteckého laserového skenování
Baťa, Daniel
The aim of the thesis is a comparison of software used for deriving stand characteristics using lidar data. A list of software for lidar data processing was compiled and three programs (ArcGIS, FUSION, TerraScan) were chosen for practical evaluation. Main data sources were lidar points acquired by ALS50-II scanner in the area north of Brno-Útěchov and data concerning the possition and height of trees on three reference plots measured by total station Topcon and rangemeter Trupulse 360. Firstly, the terrain (DTM) and surface (DSM) models were generated in the chosen programs. The results were compared to data gathered from terrain measurements. The most accurate program for generating DTM is TerraScan (RMSE 0.242 m). Second, by a close margin, is Natural Neighbour of ArcGIS (RMSE 0.284 m). The most accurate tree height measurement from DMS were made on DMS generated by Point Statistic of ArcGIS. The last common analysis was, using results of DTM and DSM of each program, an identification of trees by Inverse Watershed Segmentation and deduction of their height. Point Statistic proven to be the best tool in this test.
Analysis of types of merger undertaken in 2010 in Czech Republic
Kučerová, Renata ; Skálová, Jana (advisor) ; Mařasová, Lucie (referee)
This thesis is focused on mergers. Includes modulation concepts mergers, acquisitions and business combinations, breakdown of the mergers and possible motives for the merger. It also deals with legislation which are enshrined in the law on transformation of companies and cooperatives. A significant part is given the accounting and tax issues in connection with the merger. The crux of the work is carried out analysis of the merger in 2010.
Cell fusion and carcinogenesis
MARŠÍKOVÁ, Hana
The origin of cancer remains enigmatic. The object of this study was to find out the impact of BMDCs fusion without any carcinogens on cancer progression. The arising instability of genome could give rise to malignancy.
Thermal ageing of Eurofer´97 steel
Hadraba, Hynek ; Dlouhý, Ivo
Ferritic-martensitic reduced activation steel Eurofer´97 of 9Cr-1W(V-Ta) type is leading candidate for structural material for in-vessel and first wall components (outboard blanket) of proposed fusion reactors. The utilization of the Eurofer´97 steels is limited up to a temperature about 550°C. On the other hand the efficiency enhancement of the proposed fusion reactors to the level suitable for energy production is predetermined by increase of temperature in fusion tokamak reactor. The long term exploitation of the steel at high temperatures leads to extensive microstructural changes. The aim of the work is to investigate the influence of long term thermal ageing on fracture properties of Eurofer´97 steel. High thermal ageing of the steel was simulated by step cooling treatment. Charpy impact tests were performed before and after thermal ageing. No evident changes in impact properties have been registered when comparing the properties of the steel in as-received and in step-cooled state.
Mergers - accounting aspect according the czech legislative and tax framework
Kataeva, Natalia ; Vomáčková, Hana (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Dana (referee)
The main goal of my diploma is to describe domestic mergers and amalgamations, which take place on the territory of Czech republic. Chapters are divided and sorted by particular related areas of the czech legislative framowork. First part of my diploma is dedicated to mergeres as they are, their definition and basic characteristic. Then come description of mergers from different standpoints: legal, tax and account principles regarding to realized changes in framework legislation. A separate chapter describes the whole process of merger paying higher attention to obligatory steps and defined statuory terms. One of the chapters describes a process of merger as it is defined by IFRS rules and compares it with how it is defined by czech legislative framework. The last chapter is about showing an example on how two companies are merged.
Cross-border mergers -- accounting solutions in terms of trade and tax law in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Sklenár, Roman ; Vomáčková, Hana (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Dana (referee)
Graduation theses deal with essence and meaning of cross-border mergers in European Union. Meaning of this graduation theses is accounting solution according to Czech and Slovak trade and tax law. You can find here solving problems by IFRS. Important part of this essay is looking through starting balance sheet as of determining day. This graduation theses illustrated two case studies deal with cross-border mergers Slovak and Czech companies.
Merger vs. fusion of company
Kravar, Jan ; Martiník, Karel (advisor)
The purpose of my bachelor thesis is to describe the subject of mergers from both legal and accounting point of view. The thesis is structured into ten parts which are further divided. Firstly, the basic characteristics of mergers are described, followed by their segmental classification and the main causes of their existence. The largest part of the thesis deals with mergers according to the Czech precept of law. Moreover, mergers are analyzed from the accounting point of view involving the perspective of both Czech accounting regulations and International accounting standards. Practical part of the thesis contains an example of the merger of two joint stock companies.
