The technological stage of the underground construction of the New Mill - Fatra

The content of this bachelor thesis is the technological stage of the rough substructure of the industrial building Nová Válcovna - Fatra. The work deals with the technological regulation for foundation structures, which will be drawn up control and test plan, time schedule, itemized budget. It also includes a coordination situation, a drawing of the construction site equipment, a design of the machine assembly, a drawing of the construction site equipment, and the safety of the technological stage. In addition, several schemes for the execution of individual structures and an energy performance certificate have been developed for this technological stage.

Preparation of the construction of the rough construction of reinforced concrete prefabricated halls in Brno

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the realization of prefabricated reinforced concrete hall in brno. It deals with construction-technological execution of the substructure and assembled skeleton. Its content is a technical report of the construction site equipment including the drawing, the solution of transport relations for the transport of materials and machines, technological regulations for earthworks and the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton, machine assembly, time schedule of implementation and itemized budget for the given technological stage. The work also deals with the quality of the work and safety of work. Furthermore, several schemes of execution of individual structures and alternative foundation of substructure for prefabricated halls are elaborated.

Production hall MONTGAS - realization of the gross substructure

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the gross substructure of the new production hall of the company MONTGAS a.s. in Hodonín on the street U Kyjovky. Part of this technological phase is the realization of earthworks, driven gravel FRANKI piles, driven reinforced concrete FRANKI piles, cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation pads, sills and strip foundations, soil slab, base layers and reinforced concrete floors of the building including steel fibre reinforced concrete slab and cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure of the paint shop inside the production hall. It also includes damp proof layer and insulation of foundation structures. The content of this work is the technology of earthworks and all piles in the form of technological regulation. Construction costs are calculated in an itemized budget from student version of the BUILDpowerS software with a bill of quantities. The schedule is drawn up in the form of a schedule from student version of the CONTEC software. Plans are in place to ensure both quality and safety during construction.

Other phrases parts are time schedules, budget, calculations, design of site equipment including engineering report and report for performing access road. Starting materials, which were used for this thesis, were engineering report also including working drawings.

It includes a technical report, broader transport routes, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a plan for providing material resources for a reinforced concrete ceiling, a technological regulation for the rough bottom and top structure, work and monolithic constructions, gross building budget, risk plan and their measures, statement of the dimension and network graph for finishing works, thermal technical assessment of external structures, drawing of site equipment, situation, original state of the land and ramp diagram. It also contains time and financial plan of the building, schedule of the main building, schedule of construction and disposal of construction site equipment and balance of machines and workers.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a solution of the rough substructure of the emergency building of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for foundation constructions, with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of the construction and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several schemes for the implementation of individual structures and the energy performance of buildings.

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is constructionally - technological solution of the rough construction of polyfunctional house on the corner of Bánskobystrická and Medlánecká streets in Brno Řečkovice. In the Diploma Thesis I will deal with the plan of the work procedure of the execution of roof construction layers, machine sets, itemized budget, construction schedule, construction site equipment, inspection and testing plan, ecology and transport relations related to the construction. I would like to point out the complication of the construction with a lack of space because the construction is in the area of Brno Řečkovice. The plan of construction execution was more difficult due to lack of space for storage of materials and machinery handling.
