Scene Depth Estimation Based on Odometry and Image Data
Zborovský, Peter ; Obdržálek, David (advisor) ; Vodrážka, Jindřich (referee)
In this work, we propose a depth estimation system based on image sequence and odometry information. The key idea is that depth estimation is decoupled from pose estimation. Such approach results in multipurpose system applicable on different robot platforms and for different depth estimation related problems. Our implementation uses various filtration techniques, operates real-time and provides appropriate results. Although the system was aimed at and tested on drone platform, it can be well used on any other type of autonomous vehicle that provides odometry information and video output.
IP Flow Filter
Štoffa, Imrich ; Krobot, Pavel (referee) ; Wrona, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on unification of filtering languages used by IP flow collecting program and library for their analysis. At the moment these implementations use different filtering modules and file formats. Because of this, inconsistencies in results arise and as a response to this, creation of one filtering module was proposed as part of effort to better integrate collection and analysis of IP flows using these programs. The one filtering module aims to provide one implementation and support for popular filtering language for use in the programs. Thesis contains theoretical introduction to flow monitoring in networks, describes algorithms useful for evaluation of conditions on flow records and packets. The core of authors work is design and implementation of the filtering module and its wrappers for the collector and analysis library. Results of performance tests and evaluation of features can be found in the thesis's conclusion.
Interactive web applications supporting education
Kratoš, Filip ; Koldovský, Zbyněk (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
This term paper is focused on design of web applets using Javascript. It deals with design of six applets works with one-dimensional signals, especially audio-signals. The applets are Combination of Signals, Summation of Sine and Cosine Functions, Signal Filtering, Effect of Phase on Audio-signal, Effect of Aliasing, and Linear and Nonlinear Systems. Main themes of the paper are theoretical background for applets, implementation of one applet and design of the interfaces of other applets.
Comparison of MATLAB and Python with Respect to Mechatronics
Rabčan, Jakub ; Appel, Martin (referee) ; Sova, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of instruments Matlab and Python. The aim of this bachelor thesis is comparison of these tools in the diferent areas with regard to utilization in mechatronics. And demonstration task will then be created for these areas.
Postprocessing of GPS Logs
Jaška, Roman ; Pavelková, Alena (referee) ; Polok, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis aims to analyse common errors in recorded GPS activities, identify algorithms suitable for correction of these problems and design and subsequently implement an Android application. The first chapter contains an introduction to the problem, demonstration of a few affected examples and explains the motivation behind the choice of this subject for my thesis. Second chapter decomposes the established problem. I specifically elaborate on the source of the errors, the format of input data, existing solutions, mathematical methods suitable for this problem, available APIs and reasons behind the selection of the final platform. Chapter number three describes the actual solution of the problem employed in the final application. The requirements for the final application are laid out as well as the specific details of the functionality, such as the usage of Kalman filter, individual APIs, libraries as well as the design of the user interface. The penultimate chapter reveals selected parts of the implementation, such as the Kalman filtering itself or the problem of manual track correction. This chapter also contains description of design changes executed during the implementation. The final chapter reviews the achieved results of Kalman filtering and snapping of points to roads using Google Maps Roads API. Ultimately, I elaborate on possibilities of continued development of the application.
GUI to FFmpeg for Building a Filter Graph
Klimaj, Daniel ; Klíma, Ondřej (referee) ; Bařina, David (advisor)
This work deals with implementation of applications with a graphical user interface for creating filter graph in FFmpeg. The work includes a design of a solution which contains a design of a graphical user interface and object model representation of the filter graph, as well as a description of the implementation zhotovenje on the basis of these designs. Part of this work is a comparison of the achieved result with existing solutions.
Visualization of 3D data in biomedical applications
Karzel, Michal ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Štohanzlová, Petra (advisor)
This thesis describes the basic principle of optical coherence tomography and prepro- cessing of the measured raw data. Preprocessing is focused mainly on noise filtration, removing artifacts, normalization, conversion and compression of raw data. In this way preprocessed data is saved in a *. PFRG file as ”preprocessed fringe data”. Those pre- processed data will be visualised by simply software, which support three methods of visualisation. Volume data represented by voxels. Reconstruction of volume by marching cube algorithm. Cuts through volume along X, Y and Z axis.
Passive shunt filtration and compensation
Urant, Tomáš ; Novotný, Jan (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to acquaint the reader with the theoretical and practical design filtration-compensation device. The theoretical part describes the problems of reactive power compensation and harmonic filtering components. There are described various methods and implementation of compensation and filtration-compensation devices. In the practical part is the theoretical basis used for the realization of a laboratory model of filtration-compensation device for precisely specified load with precisely specified requirements. In laboratory model can be seen meaning of filtering harmonics by using of simple hand switching individual filters.
QRS complex detector in ECG signals
Kosíř, Kamil ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Smital, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to introduce issues and basic principles of QRS complex detection in ECG signals. This work is separated into several parts. The first part deals with anatomy and functions of the heart, for example the emergence and spread of potentials. The next part includes distribution ECG leads and explanation of ECG signal. Afterwards are described some detectors of QRS complex. The main part of this work is realization of two algorithms implemented in Matlab program. The first detector is based on squaring algorithm and the the second is based on a spreading of the signal into several frequency bands. The effectivness of both detectors is tested on signals from CSE library at the end of the work.
