This dissertation deals with design of briquetting press of metal splinters. Dissertation reacts to non-complexity of solutions of present products. Goal is to raise the attractivity of the machine and related increase in awareness of this machine with ecological and economic benefits. Dissertation emphasizes preservation of functionality, consideration of ergonomics and safety of the machine.

Production of gully

The project elaborated design of technology production of the gully – the rotational extract with flange from the deep drawing corrosion resistant sheet iron 1.4301. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit and calculation was designed drawing without thinning the wall in two operation and that in one instrument with two bottom holders enabling their combination into one stroke. The drawing instrument makes use of as standardised components as construction elements calculated using calculations and consist of three parts. The bottom and upper are magnetically clamped on the hydraulic drawing press Dieffenbacher PO 250, with nominal tensile force 2500 kN. Both drawing punches and drawing dies are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 heat-worked according to drawing documentation.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is construction of small hydraulic press with force of 200 kN. With that comes topics like calculations of hydraulic circuit and it‘s compilation and calculation of the frame with it‘s construction. With the help of those two main topics we will be able to assemble whole hydraulic press machine. After completion of calculations and simulations, arises technical documentation of the machine.

This diploma thesis is focused on marketing mix of a concrete company, which is operating in international environment. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts related to the topic. The analalytical part of the thesis focuses on the business environment of company Dieffenbacher CZ, assuming its future expansion to Russian market, while the results obtained are further summarized in SWOT analysis. The practical part offers proposals and recommendations from the perstective of marketing mix for successful entry of a selected engineering company to Russian market based on the findings from the complied analyses and theoretical concepts.

Using tribodiagnostics in predictive maintenance in company practice

The thesis deals with the use of tribodiagnostics in predictive maintenance in corporate practice. It is generally dealt with maintenance, then tribodiagnostics in the company Škoda Auto a.s. Used offline and online diagnostic tools are described. Emphasis is placed on verifying the functionality of the newly purchased online filter unit. The experimental part is focused on detailed analysis of the above, including comparison of measurement results offline and online diagnostics. There is also an economic evaluation of savings obtained by operation the online filter unit. In conclusion, the tribodiagnostics recommendations are given for Škoda Auto a.s.

This bachelor thesis is focused on design of the hydraulic press for pressing assembly unit of the rotor and the shaft for electric motor. The content of this thesis are elastic and deformation calculations of frame and calculation of hydraulics components. Technical documentation of this hydraulic press were created based on previous calculations.

Production of anemostat

The thesis handle design of part of anemostat in size of series 15000 pcs/year. Due to conus shape and dimensions of part was chosen out of quantity of manufacturing processes a technology of deep drawing without a thinnig of 1mm thick DC04 steel. The resulting solution is progressive tool which concatenate four operations of deep drawing process. The drawing tool make use of standardised components. The design contain progressive tool including drawing documentation. Hydraulic press CTH 400 with nominal force 4000 kN is used for mentioned procedure.

In general research are defined the imperfections of commonly available devices on the market. Based on that are designed three conceptual proposals as a solution of these problems. The most suitable one is chosen and the critical crucial points are verified as well as the production price.
