The subject of this thesis the construction and technological preparation for the construction of the bridge ev.č. 377-007 across the Býkovka river in the municipality Rájec - Jestřebí, which is part of the reconstruction of a main road II / 377 Bořitov - Rájec. The thesis is elaborated a technical report on the structural and technological project, coordinating construction situation, the situation with wider relationships routes following the stages, time and financial plan – by objects, study the implementation of major technological stages of the building SO203 project site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, the timetable of the main building structure, workers deployment plan, plan of machines usage, a plan for securing material resources for SO 203, technological regulation for the implementation of bored piles of, inspection and test plan for pilots, budget SO 203, sequence diagram construction, control and monitoring plan and calculation of bearing capacity of the bridge foundation piles.

Project planning and management of construction of the regional branch of VZP in Jihlava

Abstract The aim of this thesis is the preparation of the building and technological project of the regional department of the company VZP CR in Jihlava. The content of this thesis is the elaboration of technological regulations for reinforced concrete and prefabricated skeleton and for monolithic external walls. The quality and characteristics of these constructions are solved in the controlled and test plans. Site facilities including occupational safety and health,transport routes for transporting of materials and traffic around the site are addressed in detail in the next section of this thesis. Optimally designed set of machines for realization of this construction is included as well. The diploma thesis determines work procedures so as to take into account the economic aspect and time demands of construction.

Implementation of the gross superstructure of a residential building in Brno, Sochorova

The subject of my bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the rough upper construction realization of the appartment building in Brno at Sochorova street. Part of my work is the technology of each construction realization by the technological regulation. Regarding the time and financial flows schedule of the construction realization is drafted as well as its itemized budget. Due to the high demands at quality and safety of the construction realization there are also chapters on these aspects. This thesis is partly based on project documentation, which was provided by an architectural company.

Logistics of resources, concept of building ground and procedures needed for realization are processed as well, risks of realization.

Time methods were compared – gradual, concurrent and current method.

Implementation of gross superstructure administrative buildings Multifen

This bachelor thesis focuses on a description of a constructive technological stage of the gross superstructure of MULTIFEN s.r.o. company building. The thesis contains technical reports for masonry and monolithic constructions. The quality of these constructions is solved in the control and test planes. The site equipment including occupational safety and health, routes for transport of material, and the traffic situation around the construction site is solved in detail. A mechanical set for the building construction is optimally designed. The thesis sets the work procedures in order to consider economical and time demands of the building schedule.
