The project is design a house with a small establishment. The project includes the layout and the design of the house. The house has three floors with an attic and one basement floor. It is designed as a stand-alone. The first floor of the establishment of the background and the main entrance to the house. The rest of the house is designed for family living. This part is a utility room, basement and garage in the basement. Living room with household equipment is then in the upper part of the house. The house is run by two separate entrances with wheelchair access to the premises and the entrance to the garage in the basement. The house is designed as a brick building of brick masonry Porotherm in modular size 250 (125) mm with ceramic ceilings MIAKO a cylinder. Roofed by a gabled roof. The house is located on a private plot of 1200 m2 with built up area of 120 m2. The land is gently sloping.

The project addresses the low energy new build detached house, which will be permanently used for housing. The building is designed as a two-storey house, which is intended to be permanent residents of 4-5 persons. Roofed building with a flat roof is solved by using a bottom discharge reinforced concrete slabs. Load-bearing walls are from Sendvix manufacturer KM - BETA. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.

The subject of this diploma work is the new building of a family house at Boží Dar town, that is situated in the mountain resort. The family house has a cellar, it is two storied with an attic apartment. The building is devided into three units . The first unit is found on the first floor and is designed as an apartment. The other units are situated in the attic and are designed for a short-term or long-term renting. The house is designed of cut bricks with a ceramic ceiling construction. The perimeter wall is thermally insulated with a contact insulating system and partly covered with a stony facing. There is a saddle-shaped roof on the house. The building site is sloping north-east. All constructions are in accordance with the valid regulations and ČSN standards.

The building is located in Humpolec, Highlands Region, Humpolec cadastral, land parcel No. 1877/6, the proposed building of the family house is situated on this land. Land investor is irregular rectangular plan, with a steep slope from northeast to southwest. The land is the eastern, southern and northern tents bordered by private land on which the buildings are located family home. The western boundary of the property is lined with a paved public roads for vehicular traffic on both sides lined the pavement. The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is newly built family house including engineers office located in Roztoky. The building is divided into two parts. First part is two-story residential section. This section is isolated from public road by the second part. Second part is single-storey openspace oficce with separated headquarters and meeting room. The building is designed as a structure to be built from cut brick units with ceramic ceiling structures. The buildings roof is flat construction and it is designed to serve also as terrace on single-storey part of the house. Building land is slightly sloping down from the public road. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.
