Historical and Current Evolution of Components and Accessories of Mountain Bikes\\
ŠKARKA, Jan
The dissertation describes the historical development of chosen components of a mountain bike. From the beginning of the seventies until the model lines components of the year 2007. It is divided to two main parts. The first deals with general level of the given task which is performed by the history of bicycle and mountain bike. Then the survey of individual disciplines of the world racing cycling with the focus on mountain bike disciplines follows. The second part solves the own dissertation problems that gives the concrete survey of the development of individual components. The development is compiled from historical survey point of view and deals with essential and in little measure with uncommon constructional solutions.

Analysis of the integrated management system in organizations with different activity

The work peruses a study and analysis of integrated management system in the two basic chapters. The first chapter introduction informs the reader about definitions that describe the IMS term the best. An adumbration of developments in approach to quality, environment and the labour safety and protection follows. One part of the work pays attention to developments in numbers of certifications in the Czech Republic and world-wide to show popularity of the IMS as a certificate able instrument. The theoretic part consists of a listing of brief properties of actual standardisation documents valid in the Czech Republic. The most important documents in each area builds so-called criteria standards thus standards defining requests to introduce and maintain the systems properly. Wide part of the work is dedicated to interpretation of such criteria standards. The first part conclusion deals in a method that is a base and resource for the part two. The second part contains characteristics of two analysed companies, description of individual areas using defined criteria and collected information evaluation. The work has been set up on a base of studying lot of information and documents both in electronic and hard copy versions. All of them have been collected from public sources and from said companies in a direct personal cooperation and communication.

This bachelor thesis deals with taxation in Denmark. It highlights the most important facts about taxation in Denmark including recent studies and crucial obstacles which this system has been through in order to reach such a high quality. This bachelor thesis distinguishes between direct and indirect tax and uses this division as a pattern through this work. However, the sturucture of information about total income tax is organised according to Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). This thesis defines different types of taxes. It describes these elements: tax obligation, tariffs, tax deduction and credits. It further depicts individual parts of development from the historical point of view, especially the period of time between the years 1987-2007. There are some numerical facts, tables and graphs for better understanding.
Proposal of pension system change

The goal of bachelor work is to propose pension system change and following steps necessary to pension system functioning. The first part of bachelor work considers current pension system in the Czech Republic. The second part is focused on analysis of demographic evolution in the Czech Republic, long-term economic sustainable system and impacts of current pension system on economy in the Czech Republic in 20 - 30 years. The thrid part of bachelor work includes proposal of pension system change and in the following part are described next steps necessary to long-term pension system functioning.
Efficient use of Rational Team Concert for software development

This bachelor thesis is devoted to software tool Rational Team Concert (RTC) which is destined for project teamwork support. The main goal of the thesis is to identify and describe the most important use cases of the tool. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the tool itself is described; his features, functionality and contribution; also installation and configuration of the tool that were need for purpose of this thesis and building up scenarios. In the second part, use cases scenarios are described within the scope of the web client RTC and development tool Eclipse. I divided the use cases scenarios according to participants - into administrator's scenarios and into ordinary user's scenarios who is created by administrator and his rights are limited. For better clarity, each participant has an enclosed diagram of scenarios sequence which represents their activities within the scope of described RTC clients. Each step in the scenario is represented in charts and often accompanied by images (screenshots) in a way to ensure clarity and clearness.
Economic problems with functioning of the health care system in Czech republic

The work concentrates on functioning of the health care system in Czech republic. By way of introduction the health care system is characterized (health-care facilites, the principles of health care, health care financing and also fees paid for health care consumption). Next chapters analyse income and expenditures of health insurance companies. The key chapter describes some of the problems of health care system and suggests their solutions.
