The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the design and the preparation of project documentation of the family house with a design offices in the town of Boskovice. The object is placed in a quiet location at the end of the area in a slightly sloping terrain, in accordance with the regulatory plan of the city. The proposed layout is created for the housing of four families and the design office for the owner of the object, as the place of performance of his profession. It is a building with a partial bricked Foundation and two floors above the ground. The establishment of the object is solved on monolithic base passports. The basement part of the structural system consists of elements from the lost formwork BEST and the superstructure is of brick system POROTHERM contact thermal insulation. Ceiling structure reinforced concrete plate. The greater part of the building is roofed by a gable roof of wooden trusses and the smaller part is covered with a flat roof, which is designed as a terrace. Part of the object is a double garage with workshop.

Bachelor´s thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation. This is a project of family house with projection office. The building is located in village Štarnov, is a partially basement and has two floors. Family house is situated by flat terrain. The house will be made from Porotherm witch contact insulation and single-layer flat roof. In the basement there is a store, a fitness and a technical room. The first floor is used for projection office, which is separated from the private area object with own entry. The second floor is used for private purposes.

The project deals with a family house with a hairdresser's in Kunovice. The building is a partially basement, it has two floors and an attic. It is situated by slightly (nearly flat) terrain. There are storage and a boiler room in the basement. The first floor is used for operating purposes. There is a hairdresser's and double garage. Two flats are situated at second floor and at attic. Both flats have the same identical ground plan.

In the Bachelor's work I passed the design documentation for the family house, which is designed for 5-6 persons. Object is partial basement and has two elevated floors.Perimeter and ceiling constructions are designed from the system, BS Group Klatovy. The object is topped by corbelled roof.
