Electrical properties of thick film pastes measured in a wide temperature range
Gajdoš, Jiří ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Řezníček, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is to investigate the electrical properties of various thick-film resistor pastes in a wider temperature range. The thesis mainly focuses on a change in electrical resistance depending on temperatures, which extend to the cryogenic region. To achieve this, there is an overview of the thick-film technology properties, major technological procedures, principles of resistive pastes conductivity, methods of electrical resistance measuring, possible errors in measurement and methods of their minimization. The content of this work is also familiar with the characteristics of a cryogenic station, on this foundation was proposed the measurement procedure and created thick-film circuits for this station. After measurement in the interval 10 K to 350 K, there are subsequently evaluated the data and explains the principles of the conductivity of used pastes.
Monitoring the impact of ultrasonic energy to the leveling of thick film pastes
Pokluda, Tomáš ; Buršík, Martin (referee) ; Řezníček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the problem of levelling of a profile by ultrasound after printing thick layer pastes and on electrical resistance and geometrical dimensions changes. It describes a creation of hybrid integrated circuits, thick film technology and the screen printing method. It also includes basics of fluid physics, basics of fluid rheology, and description of principles of the used ultrasound transducer. Records of the levelling measurements are presented through the use of photographs, comments, tables and graphs.
The Branding of an Original Logo Including Packaging Design
Domorád, Petr ; Křemének, Jan (referee) ; Zdařil, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the development of my own brand, primarily by defining the basic and important information on the topic. Introduces the development of their own brand, its name, logo, color, character and visual forms. A key element of the silkscreen printed prototypes paper products and their presentation on the Web.
The Journey, A Reason for the Painting
Cílková, Kristýna ; Jiřele, Miroslav (referee) ; Mikyta, Svätopluk (advisor)
My Master´s thesis is based on my personal experience from one year staing in West Sumatra. Journey was the reason for arising of my thesis and it´s content although little bit inarticulate in the first wiew. My thesis is not travelogue. I deal with it which for many years - women, decoration and "something" what is hidden behind the picture - soal and atmosphere. The name of my thesis is - Journey, reason for picture. Theme of my work is Indonesian tradition - folk versus contemporar. My work takes place on two levels - Wedding and Beauty competition. In boath I deal with formal celebration situation and it's dress code - dress, decor and jewel.
Resinate pastes
Tomašák, Lukáš ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Řezníček, Michal (advisor)
The work is dedicated to the production of a thick film with resinate paste on a ceramic substrate based on a proposal test motive. It introduced the optimization of the workflow leading to the successful realization of the layer. Using an electron microscope, it is performed evaluation of the quality of resultant layer and analysis of the composition of the paste. In the last part of the work it is carried out measurements of temperature and electrical properties of resinate paste.
Optimization of electrochemical sensor for detection in microvolume
Gajdoš, Libor ; Pekárek, Jan (referee) ; Prášek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis describes optimization and modification of standard thick-film electrochemical sensor to be able to be used for detection in microvolumes. In the theoretical part, the thick film technology is described. The work is then focused on the wettability of surfaces followed by introduction to electrochemistry and electro-analytical methods. In the experimental part, screen-printing of various types of thick film pastes on ceramic substrates for determination of their wettability and the following modification of the sensors with thick-film paste and with Parylene vaporization can be found, as well as the basic electrochemical measurements in microvolume using the modified sensor. Finally the results are summarized in conclusion.
Design and Realization of Structures with Embeded Components
Němec, Tomáš ; Pulec, Jiří (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
The master thesis deals with multilayer structures and thick film technology. The main goal of this work is measure basic electric features of structures realized with thick film technology. The results will make possible more accurate design of these structures.
The direct writing of thick film pastes
Ištvánek, Jan ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Buršík, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with the problem of the thick-film pastes and their printing. In the main chapter of this work, the realization of a workplace for thick-film pastes' printing is described. The construction of the realized plotter and the controlling electronics of the plotter is depicted in detail. In the following chapter, the console, through which the plotter is controlled via PC, and the CAD program, which serves for projecting of the motives printed, are described. In the final chapter of this work, the measured profiles of the paste printed for various settings of printing parameters and the photographs of the motives printed are stated.
Single-layer PCB and additional conductive layer realisation
Hladík, Jaroslav ; Stejskal, Petr (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with problems following the fabrication of the second conductive layer on a one-sided printed circuit board. Also, properties of basic materials for a printed circuitboard farbication and combinations of basic materials are disscussed. Moreover, technological tests and their evaluation made according to recommended norms are content of this thesis.
The importance of the deformation necks in forming
Kučera, Radek ; Podaný, Kamil (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of the research themed deformation necks in forming technology. Particular methods of spreading of the deformation necks are described in this thesis. The advantages and disadvantages are reviewed also as its use in practice. Moreover comparison of the most used methods of spreading of deformation necks had been carried out. Further the connection of deformation necks and forming limit diagram had been stated. The thesis also presents summary of the automated methods of deformation necks analysis.
