Methods: Taking into consideration quantitative survey, my dissertation work was based on methods of secondary information collecting, that implies (which means) secondary statistical analysis and observation with taking records down. Results: Reduce the presence of three-point shooting on 293 attempts and reduce efficiency by 3% Key words: Basketball, Woman Basketball League, Three-Point Field Goal Area, shooting, three-point shooting

Methods: In this thesis, data collection method, data analysis method and comparison method was used. Data collection method was the first step where we summarized all available junior results from selected preparatory period tests. Furhter, the data analysis method was used to select the best achieved time for each junior competitor in selected tests and from all results. Comparison method was chosen for thesis conclusion where we compare and present all junior competitors best results in well-arranged tables and charts. While watching a statistically expressed by means of tables and graphs other activities preceding the very end, as the way of the attack, the number of players involved, the success rate of shooting, etc. Then the two teams to compare them and find in their game analogous situations leading to termination, their graphical capture and create applications in the training process. Methods: In this following work was use the method of indirect observation of teams matches Spain and Italy at Euro 2012, the videos are available on the website of Czech Television. During observations, we recorded various quantitative indicators into the prepared forms and simplified them graphically. Followed by a quantitative analysis of recorded data (quantitative research, see below), the creation of tables and graphs and then qualitative research and the graphical representation of analogous situations ending offensive firepower, describing the critical points. Results: The results point to the representation of different systems of attacks during events...
Comparison of individual gaming activities in a match and training process in football.
Jura, Ondřej ; Buzek, Mario (advisor) ; Frýbort, Pavel (referee)
Title: Comparison of individual gaming activities in a match and training process in football. Objectives: Comparison of success of selected offensive individual gaming activities in a match and training process in SK Slavia Prague, category U-11 and U-10. Methods: The success of individual gaming activities between training process and the matches was compared by the method of indirect observation using video records of three matches and test battery. Matches showed different quality, so their overall results were taken into account by the coefficients of difficulty. Test battery included six exercises focused on the observed individual gaming activities. Based on the collected score from the test battery and percentage of success of the match the interval scale was identified through the standard deviation. Both values were compared. Results: The investigation showed that the quality of the observed individual gaming activities in the training process largely reflected in the game. This is illustrated by the finding that five of the eight observed players obtained the same results in battery test and observed matches. Keywords: Diagnosis of individual gaming activities, test battery, evading opponents, passing, shooting, coefficient of difficulty.

Title: Proposal on the optimal basketball training method within the physical education of children in older school age Author: Josef Růžička The study aims to find optimal theoretical model of basketball training method within the course of physical education at primary schools and general secondary schools. We focus on children in older school age. The objective is to make basketball training more effective as well as more familiar to teachers that are lacking more complex or personal experience with this sport. We use the method of experiment. First, the numbers of testing exercises to detect the level of general game skills of the children were defined. Then the model of teaching method consisting of ten setting-up (introductory) exercises was developed and implemented into a complete semestral plan. At the beginning of experiment, two groups of children were tested for their general game skills. Then our proposed model was applied onto these two groups. We aimed to develop model of teaching that would help to improve and develop basketball skills of children. At the end of experiment period were children's basketball game skills tested again to see what extend was our proposed model successful. The results proved that proposed method of teaching was appropriate, since both groups of children...
The effect of the rules change in 2010 on shooting of NBL players
SVOBODA, Václav
The aim of our diploma thesis is to identify and evaluate the impact of rules changes in 2010 on success of two-point shooting and three-point shooting between selected Czech and foreign players taking part in National Basketball League who have met with our specified conditions in examined seasons 2009/10 and 2010/11. There are following methods used in the very research in the empirical part: Student´s paired t-test, Two-sample F-test, Student´s unpaired t-test of equality of variances and Size of effect. The results of these tests has statistically confirmed our hypotheses H1 and H2 it means decreasing of two-point shooting success in season 2010/11 for all examined players and reducing of success at three-point throws between players with Czech nationality. On the contrary, it has not confirmed the hypothesis H3, thus increasing of three-point shooting success in season 2010/11 between foreign players. Substantively, I consider as a essential result the 20,1% impact of the rules changes on success of three-point shooting for players of Czech nationality.
