This bachelor's thesis deals with background research of gearboxes of trucks and buses. The first part of this thesis forms familiarization with various parts of the transmission system, which we can see in trucks and buses, their principle and design. The second part deals with systems that use the best known manufacturers of trucks and buses, as well as current trends in this area.

Study of large trucks for road transport

This work is a study of large-scale trailer and semi-trailer units with a total length of 25.25 meters. It contains an overview and comparison of legislative requirements and transportation capacity. It introduces description of the various units, their specific features and estimate of the contribution of using these trucks to the traffic.

Development of Apartment Complex - Block F, Stage 2 "Díly za Svatým Jánem" in Kuřim, interior and finishing work

The bachelor thesis deals with the inner and finishing works in a apartment building – block F. New building is located in the village Kuřim, in its part „Díly za Svatým Jánem“ on the street Metelkova. The building is located on plot number 2642/431 and it is a new building with twelve flats. The interior and finishing work consist in the design of plasters, flooring, drywall works, painting and assembly works. This work deals mainly with the plaster design. The plasters will be made from the plaster core, the inner stucco or there can be used the other superficial treatments.

The Bachelor thesis deals with stepped transmissions of motors vehicles. The introductory part is focused on driving characteristics of vehicles, gears and principal division of transmissions. The main part deals with describing current status of stepped transmissions, differences in their structure at the cars, trucks and tractors, and the conclusion is focused on a more detailed description of the work selected stepped transmission.

Optimizing of distribution potato fruit juice in quantity up to 100 000 m3.

A significant amount of potato fruit juice is produced during starch manufactory which is further used as a fertilizer on fields in surroundings of starch factory. The objective of this study is to design an effective solution for the transport of potato fruit juice. The two fundamental transport systems which are used in agriculture were compared to found out the effective solution, namely transport by trucks and by tractors. The transport cycle was observed for both transport systems. The properties during application, feeding, transport around fields and transport on roads were also monitored. The more effective transport system was designed primarily for transfer for longer distances and it is based on evaluation of measured data, properties of both vehicles and information about existing transfer systems.

Vývoj automobilových závodů Tatra v období normalizace

This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of Kopřivnice car company in normalization period. In the first part of my work I completed history of Tatra company from begin to primary researched period, this in the context of economic and political situation of this period. The second part specifically analyzes the car factory during the seventies. Especially the capital construction, which was started after decision to lead Tatra into the program of multilateral international specialization of the COMECON countries, results and competitiveness of cars compare to production in the west part of the World. The eim of my thesis is to determine factors, which influenced progress in researched period both at national and international level.
