Detached house with a hairdresser service

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of detached house with hairdresser service in town Rajhrad. The building is designed as a two-floor for living four people and will also serve as a hairdressing business. The main mass of the object in the level 1.NP takes the grand plan shape of an inverted letter T. In 2.NP then from the central part of the building stick out mass of irregular block. The second floor is covered by a saddle roof with a slope of 20° roof planes, the remaining parts of the building are designed by green warm flat roof with extensive greenery. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks with contact thermal insulating system, floor structures are made of prestressed concrete floor slab.
Kindergarten in Bratčice

This diploma thesis solves the processing of project documentation for the construction of the kindergarten in Bratčice. The building is designed as a two-storey with partial basement in almost flat terrain. Entrance to the building is from the west side with access to the garden. The entire operation consists of 3 classes, a lounge, an operating section and a read for teachers.
Multifunctional building, Morasovice

In this project, there is processed complete documentation of a new multifunctional building, Morašovice. This project is solved as operative project. The house is a three story building, partly with a basement and with attic room, which is used. The house is bricked, partly with skeleton construction elements and with wooden saddle roof. This project of the multifunctional building is focused on architectonical solution and implementation into an existing rural area. This project solves relation between disposition and static, fire protection and energy savings. All blueprints are elaborated by ArchiCAD software.
FAMILY HOUSE IN MYJAVA

The bachelor thesis is a project of a family house with two floors in Myjava. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The plan of the building is in the rectangular shape. The family house is designed for a family with four or five members. In the basement, there are situated storage, technical room, corridor, gym, storey for fruit and vegetables, laundry and staircase. Through the main entrance we reach the ground floor. The ground floor consists of vestibule, corridor with the entrance to the garage, bathroom and toilet. Then we enter from corridor to guest room, staircase, living room and the dining room connected with the kitchen. From the kitchen is an entrance to the outdoor terrace. The garage is proposed for one car with motorbikes, optionally for two smaller cars. This part of the house does not have a basement. On the first floor are situated two bedrooms for children, bedroom, toilet and bathroom. There is also a balcony, which has an access from bedroom and bedroom and bedroom for children. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Premac DT30 500x300x250 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 250x300x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are also made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi and ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 SK Profi 245x250x249 mm. The vertical non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The roof is gabled with slope 37° and 35°,which is kinked above the garage at the angle 16°,the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.
Apartment Residence with Wellness in Beskydy

This diploma thesis is focused on design of project documentation apartment residence with wellness centre in Beskydy Mountains. It is a three floors apartment residence with wellness centre with basement, with is located in sloping plot in the village of Staré Hamry in Frýdek-Místek. Nearby are 2 ski lifts and 3 ski slopes. The whole area is very used by tourist in summer and winter season. In building is 13 apartments and they are designed to be suitable for a longer stay with one apartment is designed for people with limited mobility. Residence is possible make accommodation for 36 people. In wellness part are designed swimming pool, whirlpool, finish and infra saunas. The main disposal idea was separate an accommodation part from wellness part. The supporting system consists of two structural systems. As a main building material was in basement part used a permanent formwork from vibropressed concrete blocks and in upper floor are used ceramic block Porotherm with voids filed by hydrophobic mineral wool. Loadbearing interior basement part consist of reinforced concrete columns with make a space for parking space for cars. Ceiling construction consists of prestressed hollow core slab Spiroll. Roof is designed as a saddle roof. The main result is the correct design of the building with a correct layout design, correct structural design, architectural, energy saving and safety in use of the building.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on proposal of family house with garden’s equipment and goods shop, situated on the edge of Karviná town. It´s a particularly basement two floors’s house. The second floor is designed as attic. The house has two roofs. Living part is roofed with saddle roof, the shop with stand roof. In the family house is situated living part and shop with own background. Shop, dining room and part of the ward is glassed-in.
Detached house, Nové Město na Moravě

The subject of this thesis is newly built single-storey detached house with partial cellar and with an attic in Nové Město na Moravě. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. The house is designed for 4 family members. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Nad Městem. The house has the shape of a cuboid and on the one side is attached garage for two cars. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks and concrete blocks. All ceiling construction is monolithic, as well as stairs. House has got a classic gable roof, where dominated combination of roof and facade windows on the south side of the house. The project was processed by a computer program AutoCAD.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and develop of project documentation for realization of a family of four house with an establishment – design office. The building is located in the western part of Telč. The family house is designed for the housing of family of four and establishment is designed for three designers. The building is designed as a separate building with two-storey residential part, which is partly basement. This section is connected with Two single-storey parts with function of the establishment and garage. The Main entrance to the building and to the establishment is situated to the north, where there is also a parking place with a capacity of 3 parking places. The main living rooms are south-facing. The Structural system of the building is designed from the HELUZ system. The HELUZ MIAKO ceiling system is used for horizontal construction. The roof above the residential part is designed as a saddle, above the garage and the establishment is designed as single-layer and flat green roof.

Above the garage is flat roof with terrace function, above the living part is saddle roof. The house is two-storey with a partial basement. The bricked construction system is made of polished ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceramic blocks are insulated with expanded polystyrene. The building is designed in slightly sloping terrain.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a design of new building detached house with establishment – workshop in village Rázová, district Bruntál. It is about self-standing, two-floor partial basement object in which is situated one residential unit. Establishment will be used as joinery assembly workshop. Floor plan of this object is irregular. Detached house has saddle roof, workshop and garage, which has flat roof. Object is based on plain concrete stip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed of protobeton blocks Porfix and blocks from lost formwork. The ceiling structure is designed as reinforced concrete slab. Saddle roof is gable construction.
