Newly-Built Family Winery

The topic of this diploma thesis is the planning and realisation of a project documentation for a new building of a family viticulture (to be built between existing terraced houses). The building consists of several types of spaces according to the functional use. It connects the living function (an apartment on the second floor and a small guesthouse for degustation purposes), rooms for the store and services (the wine shop, degustation) and the room for stocking (wine storage - barrels/baskets). The building has three floors, the basement is entirely embedded into the terrain. The building will be located approximately 500 metres SW from the city centre of Lednice (584631), within the district of Břeclav in the South-Moravian region, on the lots 756/1, 756/2 and 755.
Dog Shelter with Veterinary Facilities

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. It is a building amenities. In addition to the project itself is part of the job specialization - health and technical installations and connections. The work was developed in response to a bachelor thesis. The intention is to create a functional device with everyday hour, which will be provided by 7 employees. Given that the region is not represented such a device, its implementation will meet the requirements and demands of citizens of the town but also surrounding communities. The capacity of the shelter is designed based on the client's requirements with the possibility of placing domestic animals in max. Of 50 dogs, 50 cats and 16 small animals. Unless capacity is full, the device can be used as an animal hotel. In its own proposal, the emphasis was on the overall architectural character and design solutions. Bachelor’s thesis solves newly built separately standing family house in Prague, Stresovice. This thesis aims to develop a project documentation for construction of the building. The new house is intended for a family of four members for a year-round use with the possibility of a temporary stay of visitors. One part of the house is a double garage. It has two aboveground floors and an underground floor. The building is bricked, made of ceramic blocks Heluz and has a gable roof. It is situated in a sloping terrain.
Energy efficient mountain chalet

This diploma thesis deals with project energy efficient mountain chalet. The building is located in the Krkonoše national park, near by highest Czech mountain named Sněžka. Object is located on plot number 899 in the cadastral Pec pod Sněžkou, on the site of the initial ,,Giant” chalet. The aim of this thesis is proposal of energy efficient mountain chalet in extreme climate conditions, such as in the mountain area, at the elevation 1378 m. Proposal of the chalet emphasis is on achieving maximum energy self-sufficiency. The building consists of two objects SO 01 and SO 02 interconnected by the roof. The total built-up area is 191.39 square meters. The accommodation capacity is 20 people.

This bachelor´s work deals with a project documentation of a family house with establishment. This house is situated in the district Pelhřimov cadastral area – Černovice. It is a two floor building. The house is divided into two parts, that an connected by the part with a flat roof. One part of the house has got a saddle roof, the other one has got a flat roof. Walls will be made from clay blocks POROTHERM. A past of the house is a garage for one car. An outdoor equipment shop is designed in the business place.

This bachelor thesis “Family Residence with Two Flats“ is composed in a form of implementing project documentation and it contains all requisites according to the valid regulations. Suggested object is situated on a lot number 2394/8 in Holešov. It is a detached house designed in the Porotherm system. It is a two – storey building with a residential attic and without a cellar. The roof construction is gabled with an angle of 40 degrees. The building is set in a straight terrain. Disposition studies and seminar paper in a form of drawings of details are also parts of the thesis.

Detached house with a design office

This bachelor thesis focuses on the construction of a new family house with the inclusion of an office and a garage. This home is designed for a family of four with two cars housed in a spacious garage. The house will stand on a sloping field in Domasov near Brno on the New Street. The main entrance to the building is from the street to the northwest. Layout of the building is situated so that the residential and day rooms are on the side with more sunlight. Construction will have a square layout, partial basement with a gabled roof and a terrace. It will have a basement and two floors with residential attic. The vertical constructions will be made of shuttering blocks in the basement cellar, above-ground portion will be made of the ceramic block. Horizontal construction are made of ceramic-concrete ceiling beams and brick inserts. The truss will be wooden, purlin construction with a ridge runs. This work includes documentation and drawing parts and is compiled as an implementation project.

The objective of this master´s thesis is a working out of project documentation of building "New build of chalet" containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. The project deals with a construction of a four storey chalet with 17 rooms for guests and restaurant. The object is situated in Dolní Lomná on a sloping terrain. Structural system is monolith skelet with gabled roof. The project documentation includes drawing, texting and calculation part.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for threestorey, semi-basement, detached house with bakers in Kosov. The building is designed slightly sloping terrain. The baker is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance separated from the residential part. The residential part is made of cellars in the basement, garage and utility room on the ground floor, a larger residential unit on the second floor and the attic flat on the third floor.
