The process and the perspectives of the Israeli-Palestinian dialogue in the early 21st century.

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is one of the most serious conflicts nowadays. That's why the Palestine's situation also destabilizes the balance of powers in the world. The aim of this thesis is to outline possible solutions of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict by analyzing the history of the conflict and its most significant problems -- the disputes over Jerusalem, the situation of Palestinian refugees, establishing fixed borders between Israel and Palestine and also the issue of Jewish settlements. To solve these matters, however, the peace talks between Israel and Palestine, which are described later on in this thesis, must be renewed. Finding a definite solution is closely connected with the development not only in Palestine and Israel but in other Arab countries and the countries of the West as well.
The Obama Administration and Its Role in the Middle East Peace Process

The aim of this thesis is to look at all the factors that affect not only the course of the Middle East conflict, but also internal and foreign policy of the United States. The aim is to describe the situation of the Middle East conflict and its links to the unflagging efforts and policies of the United States, especially in the last few years by U.S. President Barack Obama. The term Middle East conflict was for the purpose of this thesis reduced to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the Obama administration's role in the peace process.
The influence of the Jewish diaspora in the U.S. on United States foreign policy towards the Israeli-Palestinian conflict

This thesis examines the influence of the Jewish diaspora in the U.S. on United States foreign policy towards Israel, and especially to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The theoretical part is aimed at explanation of the concept of diaspora and its influence on international relations. It examines the development of the Jewish Diaspora from its beginnings to the present, focusing in particular on the United States. The second part deals with the pro-Israeli lobby and its influence on the legislative and executive power in the United States and describes the most significant pro-Israeli organizations. In the end the thesis examines the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, his key historical aspects and especially the policy of the last three U.S. presidents: W. J. Clinton, G. W. Bush and B. Obama.

This bachelor thesis deals with the american foreign policy in israeli-palestinian conflict with emphasis on recent development. The first part summarizes the history of U.S. foreign policy and highlights the main milestones of U.S.-Israeli relations. In the second part the thesis describes so called special relationship between Israel and United States, including different forms of american foreign aid. The third part focuses on the administration of Barack Obama, his ambitions and aims, results of the first two years of his mandate and prospects for the resolution of israeli-palestinian conflict.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the problematic of relations between the Czech republic and the State of Israel from its beginnings to the present days. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter describes the development of the mutual relations until 1989 with the emphasis on the events of the 20th century. The second part deals with the current Czech-Israeli relations and the third part analyses the role of the Czech republic in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis is a role of the European Union in a conflict betweet the State Israel and the Palestinian Authority. It includes a sketch of a historical activity of European states in the region, but mainly it pursues the actual situation. It brings up a review of both bilateral and multilateral relations between the EU and either the State Israel or the Palestinian Authority. The Thesis also contains an analysis of the most actual events in the region, to whom also a question of Arab revolutions in 2011 is included. In the final part a possible future outlook is presented and recommendations for the EU's prospective activities are projected.

The paper describes the issue of the Palestinian refugees in the context of relations between State of Israel and Palestinian people. It contains historical background of the israeli-palestinian conflict. The paper follows the evolution of the Palestinian refugee issue during the 20th century. Further it interprets demands of both sides of the conflict employing official resources of such organizations that represent Palestinian interests and Izraeli state institutions. Last, the issue is discussed again in the light of newly initiated peace talks between Israel and Palestinian Authority.
The Impact of The Establishment of The State of Israel in Contemporary Middle East Relations

The establishment of the State of Israel had rather unpleasant consequences, which very negatively influence the Middle East relations until today. For this bachelor thesis the term Middle East relations was reduced to Israeli-Palestinian relations and relations within the Israeli community, where the specifics of the establishment of the State of Israel have the most visible impacts. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to bring closer the process of the establishment of the State of Israel as well as to find an answer to the question, how this historical event forms the contemporary relations within the Israeli community and within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Protracted conflict theory and the role of cultural and historical factors: Case study of Israeli-Palestinian conflict

The aim of this paper is to analyze the role of cultural and historical perceptions of parties to a conflict by prism of the protracted conflict model (PC). The theoretical part initially focuses on explication of the protracted conflict concept theory and argues for its presence in the IR theory. Subsequently, the clarification of the national narratives theory as a form of cultural and historical perceptions drawn from nationalism theories is included. Further, the analysis of national narratives in the PC model is conducted and its findings are presented. The last part contains characteristics of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as a PC and the application of theoretical findings and conclusions in the conflict.
