An Analysis of the Company Norgren CZ Using Time Series

The financial analysis of chosen indicators of Norgren CZ Company based on statistical methods, which captures links between production transfer from the Western European companies into the Czech Republic and development of particular indicators, is the object of presented thesis. The thesis contains recommendations, which after putting themselves into practice contribute to the betterment of business process and to the stock reduction, and theoretical background needed for full understanding of all measures used in the thesis as well.

Evaluation of the Business Financial Situation of the NEOGRAPH, a.s. and Proposals to its Improvement

The thesis deals with appraisal of the financial situation of the company NEOGRAPH, a.s. and is aimed at identifying fluctuations and shortages of financial flows and values in the company, if any. The basic methodical apparatus is based on knowledge and procedures of a financial analysis, which is based on the examination of data received from accounting documents and calculations of particular financial indicators. The theoretical part of the thesis reveals the goals and purpose of a financial analysis, characterises particular users of analysis results, and, in particular, describes the methods of examining financial statement data and individual methods of mathematical calculations of the main ratio and difference indicators. The theoretical knowledge and procedures have been applied in the practical part to produce a horizontal and vertical analysis by means of a balance sheet and profit and loss statement, and also serve as the basis for calculation of liquidity, indebtedness, activity and profitability in the company. On the basis of these calculations, particular suggestions to eliminate the detected imperfections have been made.

This bachelor thesis deals with the acquisition of perspective about the financial situation of the company ABC s. r. o. through a properly selected economic information system. To assess the financial situation of the company are used methods of financial analysis described in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis. Part of content bachelor thesis are also proposals not only from the choice of optimal economic information system, but also proposals to improve the company's current position based on the results obtained by calculating the selected indicators of financial analysis, not only from within environments the newly designed economic information system.

Evaluation of Company Financial Performance and Proposals of Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company CHARVÁT Group, Ltd. A financial analysis is being assessed using of well-known indicators and calculation methods. The company provided materials as sheets of profits and losses, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Thanks to these it is possible also to submit proposals leading to improvement of the financial situation of the company. The materials will contribute to the presentation the financial analysis results at the same time. Records from years 2006, 2007 and 2008 are used in this thesis. The company kindly allowed me to present the acquired data both orally and in writing.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

This submitted bachelor dissertation deals with financial analysis of ....., between 2006 and 2008. The thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part of the work is described financial analysis, its implements and methods. In the practical part, is provided the analysis of accounting documents used for vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as the analysis by financial ratio indicators. At the end I provided the general survey of the financial situation and determined suggestions, that could improve its financial situation in firm.
