Alaverdyan, Zarzand ; Král, Petr (advisor) ; Cook, Gina (referee)
In today's world where it is becoming ever trickier to differentiate one product from another, it is even more significant to have the support of an influential brand. Obvious definitions of brand strategy are a foundation for successful management. Keeping in mind that the most ignored marketing opportunity in the Business to Business arena is the formation of a strong brand show the way to the requirement to have a clear basis for distinction. The significance of a categorization outside the B2B and B2C dichotomy is that it better explains the difficulty in the world of brands, as well as that it aids in perceiving the mutual dependence of different types of brands. It proves the extent at which brands in the shape of ingredient brands, corporate brands or mixed up B2C and B2B brand affecting the final end user and how that in its turn can have an influence on the starting point of the chain. While professionals are taught to make their managerial decisions based on a rational basis, professionals are human too and humans don't have the habit leave their emotions at elsewhere when they go to work.

"Experiencing of aggressive symptoms at people with dementia by the patients´ relatives{\crq}q"
KRZOKOVÁ, Silvie
I chose the given topic not only because I consider this issue to be important and serious, but also because the majority of lay family caregivers, taking care of people with dementia and meeting their signs of inappropriate behaviour including an aggression, experience predominantly negative emotions. In term of the caregivers it is important how they perceive their care for an aggressive member of the family, how they experience it and what are treatment effects and impacts on their psychological stress. In an introductory part of the thesis there is summarized a current knowledge on the given issue. I deal with a definition of the dementia in individual chapters, by its epidemiology, diagnostics and examination methods, by therapies of the dementia, its classification, stages of the dementia and its clinical symptoms. In the next chapter I describe aggressive behaviours at the dementia syndrome, in this context then I pay an attention to caregivers´ emotions, their experience and finally I deal with the caregivers´ role and potential risks and impacts on their increased psychological stress. The following chapters bring research results, whose aim was to find out, how relatives of the people with the dementia diagnosis experience the aggressive behaviour of their closest. I chose a quantitative research combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies in the thesis. To obtain the necessary data I used a method of the questioning; a technique of the data collection was an anonymous questionnaire, which was used to determine hypotheses. The acquired data were processed and evaluated in a graphic form and the defined hypotheses were verified by it. At the end of this thesis there were carried out a summary and an evaluation of the survey results.

This disertation includes two parts. In the first part, terms that are frequently used in the subject of motivation at school, are specified. In the second part of this disertation the development and characteristics of the On-line motivation questionnaire by Boekaerts are introduced. We agree with Boekaerts that the best way, how to establish the feelings of students, is to give them familiar activities and ask them to give information about their cognitions and feelings during their work on the task. The studies support the conclusion that the On-line motivation questionnaire is an experience-sampling method that can reliably find out students´ cognitions and feelings in relation to specific learning task, without disturbing the student´s attention to the task. The On-line motivation questionnaire can open new ways how to study motivation in the classroom. This questionnaire can play a significant role in gaining information about the various reasons, why the students do not want to invest effort to the task in the classroom. The On-line motivation questionnaire can also provide information about the effects that influence the student´s feelings, their engagement in the task and wellbeing in the classroom.
