Technology of production parts by forming

The thesis solves the efficient production of the sheetmetal cover. The new technological procedure will save two manufacturing operations deep drawing. The deep drawing of the cylindrical vessel with a flange and its following calibration in accordance with the design documentation was choosed. The last stage of the deep drawing is the construcion of the circular cut-out and its bending. By doing so the final shape of the cover will be reached.

Diploma thesis Pension - riding school is processed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility is located on a parcel file with parc. no. 583/1, 584/1 and 16/1, in the village Vávrovice, which falls under the statutory town of Opava. It is a new basement house, which belongs to the civil, specifically in OB3 terms of fire safety. The building has a cross shape with a central raised portion compared with the lateral sides. The central part has 3 floors and the ground, which can later be used as an attic, two side sections have only 1.NP and attic. The shape of the roof ridge. The building is made of aerated concrete blocks YTONG and fully insulated.
The Production Technology the fan cover

HUDOUSEK Jiří: The Production Technology the fan cover. The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies is submitting design of the fan cover production with sheet metal forming technology. Based on the literary pursuit a production process of the workpiece was designed when the blank is formed with deep drawing technology without thickness reduction (pure drawing) and subsequently completed by trimming to size, dimpling of the shell bottom, assembly holes punching and surface treated. Based on the calculation drawing in die with blankholder was designed for drawing operation and according to the force needed and tool size a hydraulic press ZH 160 (manufacturer PRESSHYDRAULIKA, s.r.o.) was selected. Material chosen for the production of workpiece is deep drawing steel sheet DC04 (ČSN EN 10130), production batch is 100 000 pcs. per year.
Production of the cover

The cover is a component used to cover the motor bearing. A material, used for its production, is steel 11 320. Of the possible technologies was selected as the most suitable for production the method of conventional campaign without wall thinning. For production of the cover has been calculated the blank diameter of 477 mm, which is made of a metal sheet with the dimensions 1 x 3000 x 1500 mm. Literary study is focused on the analysis of the technology. Semi-finished product of cover component will be cut in sheet measuring 1 x 1500 x 3000 mm. For forming of the component will be used hydraulic double-acting press CTH 250 from company ŽĎAS a.s. After the economic evaluation was determined price of one part to amount of 62 CZK in series of 100 000 pieces/year.
New methods for increasing cutting tools effort

This bachelor thesis deals about methods which increases the effort of cutting tools. The first part includes the base scheme of cutting tools separation and tool materials. The second part is centreds on common effects which influences increasing of cutting tools effort and actual methods which are used in practises. In the third part are comparisons of methods which increases the cutting tools effort between ISCAR and their rivals.
Solution turning technology of part "víko" with coated cutting tools

In this bachelor´s thesis is processed analysis of part called cover and there is also processed proposal of the technology its manufacturing. Into proposal of manufacturing are included conventional tools which are compared with different type of manufacturing by tool called EcoCut. For both varieties is elaborated technological process, instruction for turning with counted mechanical times and consumption of changeable cutting tips.
Design of forming tool for production of cover

The Bachelor work presents the project of shanking tool for cover pro producing. The cover is made from deep drawing zinc coated steel sheet DC05 + ZE 25/25 numbering about 100 000pc per year. Procedure of production is solved by sequence drawing from strap. The result is documentation of sequnce combined shanking tool.
Production technology cover for air-conditioning

The bachelor thesis deals with sheet metal forming and it is focused on basic work, drawing - dimpling. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a forming tool for making the cover sheet of the specified air conditioning. There was conducted an experiment to eliminate an undesirable deformation of the flange of the cover.
Locking device for sliding roofing of the swimming pool

In first part, this bachelor thesis tries to summary possibilities of covering and roofing of swimming pool. It deals in detail with the most expanded type of swimming pool roofing – the sliding roofing. The analysis of roofing efficiency has been performed and the primary positivities of this type of roofing have been founded. The next section describes constituent elements of sliding roofing. The second part of bachelor thesis focuses on design of locking device for sliding roofing of the swimming pool. First, the proposal of solutions was done. The proposal is based on two solutions. The first proposal is based on the idea of railroad conduction in all segments, the second proposal suggest the railrod conduction only for the biggest segment, the other segments wheel on the floor. For the design was chosen second proposal, created a 3D model and drawn the assembly drawing.
Mechanical design of locking device of swimming-pool roofing

This bachelor thesis deals in its background research part with the possibilities of covering or roofing the level of water of a swimming pool. After stating the options for roofing the swimming pool, the efficiency of this roofing is analysed and main advantages of the roofing are found. The constructional items of the swimming pool roofing are also described in the research. At the same time, the most widespread system of the blocking of the swimming pool is analysed and explained. In a part of the thesis, which deals with new solution for covering the swimming pool, individual solutions are proposed first. There are two solutions in this proposal. The first one comes from the idea of a trackage guidance of all the segments, which basically is one of the most widely used systems on today’s market. The second proposal is proposed for a partly trackage guidance of the segments. A suggestion of the partly trackage guidance was chosen for the constructional solutions, for which a 3D digital model has been created and from this model sketches of sets in open and closed state have been generated and adjusted.
