The Bachelor's Work analyses a part of IT infrastructure in the company and suggests new system solutions for the particular selected area by which it is possible to guarantee both technical and economical improvement. This work describes the proposal for the optimalization and consolidation of the servers with the utilization of the virtual environment. The part is also the description of individual technologies of virtual environment and their advantages. It focuses detailed on the area of consolidation of the servers which is decisive for IT infrastructire in the organization. At the end is suggested one particular solution with the evaluation of the advantages for the company.

This Master Thesis deals with the design of part of ICT infrastructure migration of two sites of the international company to the external data center. It analyzes the current status of company ICT, describes the virtualization infrastructure and its operational costs. Main part of the Thesis describes a possible solution of migration of virtualization infrastructure to external data center by using project management tools and methods. Finally, the Thesis summarizes project benefits for the company.

The aim of the thesis is to design a methodology for automatized source code testing for the project Liberouter. The designed methodology allows testing the compatibility and usability of the given software on a large scale of variants of supported platforms. The thesis tests and compares various existing virtualization tools for virtualization of computing platforms and explains important conceptions of virtualization technology. It's main contribution is a performance, efficiency, scalability and robustness comparison of virtualization tools. This comparison should help the Redhat company to make a decision whether they should leave XEN as a main virtualization tool in their distributions and move on to another newer and more user friendly virtualization tool like KVM.

Detection of Honeypot Systems in Network

This thesis is focusing on detection of honeypot systems in network. It presents different techniques for detection of honeypot systems and then focuses on three of them: TCP/IP fingerprinting, clock skew estimation and service exercising. A console application was created, to test these selected techniques. The thesis describes a design of the application, its implementation and also presents results of experiments with the application and selected techniques.
