Individual production of caravan

The topic of this thesis is individual construction of the O1 category caravan on
mass produced cargo trailer chasiss. For simplifying administrative processes, the whole
construction is done as a rebuild. Thesis is about workflow of construction, legislative
requirements and documents that need to be present to all neccesary autorities. In thesis the
whole idea of building a caravan is covered. It starts from documentation, then buing of mass
produced chasiss is described, the build itself is described and in the end there is information
about registering of completed caravan according to czech law 56/2001 Sb. - o podmínkách
provozu vozidel na pozemních komunikacích (law about requirements for road driven
vehicles). In the thesis the choice of ideal mass produced chasiss is described, materials used
for construction are defined and necessary homologated parts needed for legal registration are
labeled.

Design of Staff Assessment System

This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of working assessment of staff. The objective is to create a new system evaluation and motivation of staff in the factory. The theoretical part of the individual chapters is focused on the evaluation system, evaluation methods, evaluation interview, system implementation, motivation and remuneration. The practical part describes the company and its system of evaluating and remuneration employees. Proposal for a new system was created by collecting information from the questionnaires, interviews with employees and studying business documents. The new system of evaluation and remuneration is proposed for all employees, including their objectives and criteria. The final part gives the company managements recommendations in the implementation of systems, proposal of employee benefits and take advantage of non-financial motivation funds.

Historical development of stands in the first zone of the National Park Šumava close to the village Prášily

The dissertation, The History of Evolution of the Forests of the Category I Protected Area in the National Park Šumava- environs of the municipality of Prášily, firstly focuses on the research and analysis of extant historical documents and other archival materials. In particular it analyses the historical maps of the former Velkostatek Prášily-Dlouhá Ves of the Schwarzenbergs family that show the evolution of the forests and their management between 1860 and 1930.
Secondly, the dissertation focuses on the assessment of the current state of the forests and the way in which they are managed by the Správa NP Šumava and in particular on the positioning of the category I protected areas in order to protect the remnants of the native woodland.

Potential of sustainable development of the Village

This thesis analyzes the sustainable development strategy focusing on the environmental pillar and the subsequent evaluation of the implementation of environmental sustainability in Kladno. The main aim was to evaluate the active and environmental policy perspective of the city.
In the theoretical part are described various laws, documents and instruments relating to environmental policy and sustainable development. The thesis is talking about the area of interest, its historical development, demography, environment, social and cultural fields.
Using concrete examples it is recommended how the environmental management of Kladno could proceed in the future. The proposed recommendations are a result of analysis of all available information which include the needs and requirements of city residents.It is important to update Strategy of environmental policy and introduction of activities from the Sustainable Development Strategy SO ORP Kladno in to practise. Improving of public services and community cohesion. Establishment of school forums in primary schools.
The final part contains the results of a field survey. Questionnaires were handed and collected in combination with controlled interviews.

"Sie sind Aristokratin?" Noble women in 20th century on example of Sternberg family

The Diploma thesis aims at lives of the aristocratic women in the 20th century. The focus is placed on their perception of the political events of the period and changes of their role both within family and society. This issue is analyzed with help of the example of three female aristocrats who married into the old Czech family of the Sternbergs, more specifically, three ladies belonging to three different generations Karolína Sternberg, b. Thurn-Valsassina-Como-Vercelli (1863-1944), Kunhuta Sternberg, b. Mensdorff-Pouilly (1899-1989), and Alžběta Sternberg, b. Hrubá z Gelenj (*1929). The description of their lifetimes follows after the more theoretical part dealing in general with the position of women in the 20th century as well as with a brief history of the Sternberg family. The environment in which the ladies grew up is taken into account, too. Apart from the private written documents, the thesis is also based on some interviews with several living members of the family. The concluding part comprises a comparison of the ladies´ lives towards each other and towards the non-aristocratic society.

The Public Procurement for the Supplies

The thesis deals with the theme of procurement of supplies in the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present in the context of legal and economic developments. The current situation is analyzed on the basis of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with monitoring the preparation and adoption of new legislation. Legal issues will be extended by an overview of relevant laws and evaluate the problems in the formation of tender documents for the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply and reviewing compliance with the principles of the Act on financial control in public administration. Theme in the application of profiling on public procurement, focusing on a framework agreement designed to capture recurring delivery. The study is supplemented with practical experience in the field of public procurement for the conclusion of framework agreements, provides an analysis of the positive and negative aspects of this method of procurement, including proposed solutions. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of a comparison of the specific tender documents with the statutory legislation, qualitative research and secondary data analysis of tender documents for contracts to supply a valid framework contracts signed by the selected organization in the years 2012-2016.

Life cycle and documentation of student projects

The aim of this work is to describe and compare student projects by time, range, sources, benefits, risks and quality and suggest possible ways of improvement in planning and organizing of these projects. First part of the work introduced theoretical overview in area of project management and the terms used in case study are listed and described. At first, there are described obtained information about specific projects that are the subject of comparison. From this information was analysed the state of use of the project management tools and the life cycle of student projects. This analysis shows information important to following comparison. Then, it was examined which factors positively or negatively influences the planning and organizing of projects. Subsequently, the proposal was drawn up to enhance the positive effects and reduce negative impacts on student projects. As an additional study then came the analysis of students' interest in participating in the Contest of Student Projects organized by the Department of Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Life Sciences in Prague.

Small sacral buildings in the area Macha region

Abstract
The thesis maps and identifies a small religious monuments in the countryside and smaller settlements in the cadastral area municipalities Association Macha, which is located in the southwestern part of the Liberec region and its southern edge, which is Kokorin, extends into the Central Region. These small structures of sacred significance were set up at intersections of roads, trade routes, near Wells, but as expressions of gratitude and remembrance to joyful, significant and tragic event. Each of these small sacred building affects perception of a person's environment, enriching area villages and landscapes, along with accompanying greenery which acted as a refuge on the road, landmark or feature lightning form a common artistic and traditional value. His mission lost partially or completely inappropriate transfer.
The main benefit and purpose of this work is to determine the current state of these monuments in the area, and create a detailed catalog, serving as a source of information for tourism, regional development, such as integration into existing and also into emerging hiking, biking and nature trails, but also as the basis for a partial analysis in the evaluation of the landscape, the creation of the zoning plan, the draft plan during land consolidation or the needs of a particular community.
The catalog is compiled on the basis of professional and regional literature, detailed field survey, including cadastral territory of the municipalities that are part of the voluntary association of municipalities Macha maps and testimonies of some residents is compiled catalog of small sacred buildings. Buildings are photographically documented and described both in terms of the status quo, and in terms of landscape significance here is the location of the building indicating the GPS coordinates and plotting the current actual map of the selected area.

Change trajectories of wood pastures at the landscape level

The theme of my thesis is analysis and evaluation of development of wood pastures at several locations in the Elbe lowlands from the first half of 19th century up to the present. The area is characterized by its fertility and the large share of arable land.
The data analysis was developed using a geographic information system (GIS). The basic documents were maps and written operate of Stationary cadaster.
The results of the work are map compositions depicting the change trajectories of wood pastures (extinct, continuous and new), graphs show the area of individual trajectories and evaluate the utility of written operate of the Stacionary cadastre.
We have put the obtained information about the natural and social-economic development of the area into context. We got a possible explanation of development, therefore, why the old wooded pastures vanish and new ones arisen elsewhere. Changes of wood pastures were influenced by socio-economic development of the area and probably by distance from a watercourse. The informations obtained from written operate of Stacionary cadaster are useless for this thesis.

Changes in wetlands - change trajectories, causes

This thesis analyzes the historical development of wetlands in corn production areas in Moravia, Czech Republic. Wetlands were analyzed changes in time and space for a period of 180 years.
The main objective is to analyze the development of wetland habitats in the landscape using old maps, aerial photographs and GIS. The bases were of the Imperial Imprints of the Stable cadastre from the first half of the 19th century and contemporary orthophoto. There were also used GIS layers of the current location of wetlands, farmland, forests, rivers and waterways. In historical documents were evaluated by two categories 1) wet meadows and 2) swamps and marshes. In the current surface are only evaluated wetlands.
The total area is 18054 ha. The area of wetlands dramatically decreased from 108 ha in the first half of the 19th century on 14 ha in 2015. Most of the wetlands have been converted to agricultural land - arable land (72 %), meadows and pastures (12 %). Wetlands succession was transformed to bushes (5,4 %). There was 5 % of the deaths of wetlands built and drained. Most wetlands have been transformed due to the pressure on the production function of the landscape in order to get more food. In the first half of the 19th century it was dominated by wet meadows, they had 684 ha. Despite the disappearance of a large part of the wetlands created new wetlands, which have 12.4 hectares. Most newly created wetlands are located in the cadastral area of Mutěnice. Only one wetland (1.68 ha) remained unchanged, located in cadastral Čejč. This wetland had a history of more land (25.15 hectares) and has been linked with Čejčské Lake.
The main result of this work is to determine the trajectories of development of wetland ecosystems in the lowlands of Moravia. Descriptions of these trajectories have contributed to understanding influences on the development of wetlands. Results wetlands contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of landscape ecology. The results can be used to restore extinct wetlands and creation of new wetlands in the historic wet meadows. The information obtained can be used in landscape planning with regard to the protection and management of wetlands.
