The thesis deals with economic development of People's Republic of China the country's role in global economy and its foreign direct investment. The initial chapter introduces the concept of development of a country from a general and economic point of view. The second part of the thesis aims to describe the current situation in China and focuses on concrete parts of its development. The purpose of the final chapter is to analyse the flow of foreign direct investment from China.

This year’s first issue of Global Economic Outlook presents the regular monthly overview of recent and expected developments in selected territories, focusing on key economic variables: inflation, GDP growth, leading indicators, interest rates, exchange rates and commodity prices. Starting with this issue, our regular monitoring will include the United Kingdom, due not least to one of the most keenly awaited events of this year: the actual start of Brexit. In this issue, our analysis focuses on one of the most discussed phenomena of the day –the decline in equilibrium real interest rates in the global economy. We present two theories –one that attributes the phenomenon of low interest rates to structural changes and speaks in favour of a permanent decline in rates, and another arguing that the fall is temporary and based on cyclical swings caused mainly by the financial cycle.

Analysis of Social and Economic Development of the Municipality Vysoká

This thesis deals with the social and economic development a village Vysoká which is located in the Central Bohemian Region, north of the town of Melnik. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part briefly introduces the concept of regional and sustainable development, spatial planning and strategic management. The following describes the principles of regional policy. The attention is also paid to the issue of settlements, urbanization and the basic principles of functioning of municipalities. The basic characteristics of the community and its territorial-administrative arrangement in the practical part, is processed first. This is followed by a summary of a historical development of socio-economic as well as a description of external relations of the village in the microregion. Then the thesis analyzes results of research on the population of the municipality (employment, education, age structure, etc.) and housing. Detailed processing concerns economic issues such as labor market, entreprise and unemployment. Due to its geographic position, the question of tourism is important for the village Vysoká. Transport and technical infrastructure and management of the municipality is also examined. Research findings were taken into account when processing SWOT analysis and in the proposal of key development directions.

This thesis focuses on small business entity, a tradesman, who owns shop with pet supplies in Zlín
The theoretical part describes the general procedures for effective capital given notice, propose solutions organization and operation of the company, workflows, development financing, market demand and supply in the sector. Part also deals with the use of IS, web, PR, goodwill.
In a part own work focuses on the application of these theoretical methods on my chosen subject. Above all, the creation of a comprehensive and coherent strategy, defining specific procedures-based calculations and forecasts for the development of the business entity.

Economic Development of Kazakhstan since 1991

The paper deals with the strategic planning of economic development of Kazakhstan. The aim of the work is to provide analyses and material on future and present of Kazakhstans economy. It is written in detail about main characteristics of economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The text gives valuable information about formation and development of Kazakhstans economic relations with other countries. The fact that there is the necessity to develop alternative forms of ownership and more rational use of recourses, scientific and technical potential is stressed.The second chapter gives a detailed analysis of strategy of economic development.Long-term priorities and tasks of strategy of economic growth and development are discussed. It is shown that strategy of development of the country Kazakhstan 2030 is the most important reference point of the real and perspective development of socio- economic system. The perspectives of Kazakhstans strategy in comparison with world analogs are also analyzed in paper.
It is reported that in general it is possible to tell that theoretical summarizing of national and international experience and a concrete condition of reforming of society allows solving tasks of coordination of strategic aims and tactical actions within national model of development in a transformation period.

This Bachelor Thesis analyses security sector reform in selected countries from the East African region (Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya). The Thesis will analyse army expenditures, structure of the armed forces, expected tasks of the armed forces in the context of new security dilemmas and the effects of low level of security to economies of the selected countries. The focus will be to analyse strenghts and weaknesses of each sector that form the security sector as a whole on the basis of the Copenhagen School. Following the analysis the prediction will be made for the state of security in the region in the near future and recommendations for countries in region.

Ekonomické, sociální a environmentální dopady těžby mědi v Zambii

The objective of the diploma thesis is to analyze impacts of copper mining in Zambia on the economic, social as well as environmental sphere. The theoretical part describes basic aspects of the mining in relation to economical and social development, environmental impacts of mining, and to sustainable development. The main work deals with the economic development and contribution of copper mining activity to the Zambian economy using and assessing available data. The thesis discusses social issues and environmental degradation concerning mining in the Copperbelt Province and influencing livelihoods of local inhabitants. The obtained result will be discussed and evaluated. A possible recommendation will be made and solutions will be suggested.

The diploma thesis "South Moravian Region's Economic Development Analysis" is focused on structure and economic development analysis of South Moravian Region. It compares available data with other regions of the Czech Republic and other selected European regions. Following part is focused on a statistical prediction of future development of the South Moravian Region's GDP and complex evaluation and future recommendations.
