Evaluation of the Economic Situation of the Selected Private Corporation and Proposals to its Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected private corporation for the period 2014 – 2018. In the introduction, concepts and methods of financial analysis are explained on the basis of literature sources. There are mentioned reasons for financial analysis and its users. In the following analytical part, the company will be introduced and the financial analysis itself will be implemented using the indicators which were mentioned in the introduction. The results are interpreted verbally and they are based on the conclusions that should supposed to lead to suggestions that will have the potential to improve the financial situation of the company with respect to the future.

This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of the company Slevomat.cz, s. r.o. in years 2013–2017. Individual concepts and indicators of financial analysis are defined in the theoretical part. The analytical part contains information about the analyzed company and a financial analysis of the company based on the defined theoretical basis. Based on the results, at the end of the thesis are made proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

Utilization of Financial Analysis as a Tool for Investment Decisions

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze intently selected financial indicators of joint-stock companies operating in a beverage industry that are listed on the US stock market. The first part of the thesis elaborates theoretical concepts related to shares, investments, specific methods of a financial analysis and the American stock market. In the practical part an analysis of the ratio indicators will be conducted, followed by a credit and bankruptcy model and concluded with a comparison of the results. Lastly, recommendations for investments into certain companies will be provided.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Porsche Inter Auto CZ spol. s r.o. in the years 2016-2020. The first part contains the definition of the objective, methodology and procedures of the elaboration. The second part deals with the theoretical background, which is further used in the practical part. The third part describes the company and is followed by the calculation of financial analysis indicators. The results are compared with the industry average and a competitor company. The last part deals with a proposal for improving the financial situation of the company.

The presented thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company for the years 2009 – 2013 using selected methods of financial analysis. Pursuant identified results the thesis gives recommendations which lead to the improvement of the contemporary situation. The first part of the thesis is devoted to information about the company, theoretical knowledge and methods. The practical part contains calculations of the selected indicators of financial analysis and comments on the identified values. This part is concluded overall assessment of the financial position of the company. The last part is made up of suggestions to improve the current state of the financial situation.

This master´s thesis assess the financial situation of the company Palírna u Zeleného stromu - Starorežná Prostějov, k.s. in the years 2004 - 2006 by means of selected methods of financial analysis. It contains proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should result in the improvement of company´s financial situation in the future years.
