The Optimlization of the Investment in the Municipality

My bachelor´s work ,,The Optimalization of the Investment in the Municipality‘‘ consists of two parts . The first one focuses on theory and the other one on practise. The theoretical part deals with the general definitions of communities and hers financing and budget. The next following chapter analyses the process of communal investment creation and tools for supports public projects. For the practical part I chose the construction planning reconstruction of multifunction facility in municipal Valašská Senice. Show here on possibility of financing. For this investment campaign can be suitable grant from operation program development of countryside or from regional operation program Middle Moravia. I project next possibility of financing by means of grant´s sources and project variants scenarios of financing this investment action.

The Suggestion for Economy Improvement in Adamov

Bachelor´s work deals with economy of the town Adamov through years 2002 - 2005. Analysis of the most important elements and relations between revenues and expenses of budget of Adamov is the main objective of the work. Evaluation of economy of the town on the basis of achieved results and suggestions of preferable measures is another objective.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with management and financing of territorially autonomous units, especially, the issues related to the municipality governance in Želešice. Initially, it concerns theoretical treatment of municipality matters, budgetary system and the budget as such. The next part describes basic characteristics of the municipality of Želešice and examines its economy. The last part is focused on the budget proposal.

The diploma thesis deals how public sector co-opete with private one. The are explain the types of cooperation and the reasons why they are used or not. In the beginning are defined the main terms used later in this thesis, those definitions are based on the datas from the books. The second part, practical part, is focused on evaluation of the respondents’s answers, which have been gotten from questionnaire. There are used also my personal opinions and experience in the practical part. In the final part there is decribed current cooperation those sectors and there are given the recommendations for improving their relationships.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of a financial plan of village Domašov u Brna. In the theoretical part are described subjects as investment and evaluation of economic efficiency. Further/Furthermore, there is described theory of village and financial management of the municipality´s budget. The practical part of this thesis deals with "Construction of sidewalk on Větrov Street and pedestrian crossing across a road II/602 in a Domašov" and there are suggested possible alternatives of its financing.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Selected Public Corporation

The diploma thesis deals with the economy of the municipality of Blansko in the years 2013-2017. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first presents theoretical work outlets, the second analysis of the present state, and the third own solution proposals. The theoretical part of the thesis is mainly processed according to the information gathered from a professional literature and from valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The data and information needed to process the practical parts are primarily obtained from the accounting and financial statements. On the basis of these documents, it will be possible to evaluate the financial management of municipality, including the creation of suitable proposals that will lead to an improvement in the economic situation.

Multi-source financing of investment realization in municipality

This diploma thesis called Multi-source financing of investment realization in municipality presents a comparison of various sources in financing of investment realization in the municipality, which I have selected. The municipality has realized the building insulation and installation of a heating pump in primary school. I compare financing by the own resources, loan from Komerční banka (the bank) and by grants. I analyze the various sources in financing of investment projects in the public sector in the theoretical part of this diploma thesis. Next I define what the municipality means and how they make a budget. The other two sections contain how to get a grant and how tendering procedure works.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the evaluation of the municipality management in Omice during years 2006 – 2009. The aim of this work is analyzes receipts and expenditures budget of the municipality and evaluates municipality of management. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge. The second part analyzes and evaluates receipts and expenditures in last four years. The last part includes the suggestions for improving of the economy of the municipality.
