Transport of supplier – customer operations in the pharmaceutical group Zentiva

The Graduation thesis concerns with the topic of the transport of supplier -- customer operations in the pharmaceutical group Zentiva. At first the thesis describes in detail the legislative arrangement for the pharmaceutical group not only in the Czech Republic but also in the European Union. The reader gets the conception of the processing in the Purchasing department in the pharmaceutical company and also of the transport of raw materials to the production plants. Another part is dealing with the the distribution of pharmaceutical products (medicaments) to the several regions, where Zentiva is distributing its products. The most current and interesting subject matter in these days newly introduced distribution of consolidated products of Zentiva and Sanofi-aventis from the production plants to the several pharmacies in the Czech Republic. Sanofi-aventis ordered this new way of distribution to Zentiva, as Sanofi-aventis is the majority shareholder of Zentiva from the spring of 2009. The direct distribution of pharmaceutical products from the producer to pharmacies is very specific. Zentiva is not only the first pharmaceutical company in the Czech Republic but also one of the firsts companies in Europe, which will carry out this type of distribution beginning January 2010.

Feedback Analysis in Didactic Interaction of Top Basketball Teams

Title: Feedback Analysis in Didactic Interaction of Top Basketball Teams Goals of the thesis: Find out the tendency in providing of feedback in practise of top basketball teams. Method: The research is provided by direct unparticipation observation. Testing procedure is proceeded by using categorial system in practises. Measured exemplar are six practises of random selected teams in men's first division in year 2009/10. Results: The results shows which kinds of feedback and social interactional forms are used in practise the most frequent and if the qualities of the feedback are correct with regard to theories of different authors. The subject of this paper is the analysis of the hypothesis raised by some economists that economics has resigned on its original direction on public policy. In my paper I am going to give reasons for their opinions and then I am going to prove this trend in the economic science in an appropriate way. I am going to make a survey of economic periodicals such as American Economic Review, Journal of Political Economy and Journal of Labor Economics.

Commercial policy of the European Union towards Israel

This bachelor thesis is concerned with trading the European Union with Israel and Israel's foreign trade with the Czech Republic. The foreign Trade of the Czech Republic is among the Common commercial policy of the European Union. Therefore the first theoretical part is paid attention to her. The aim of the thesis is using the real numbers to analyze the reciprocal trade as well as the main commodities, which are involved in this trade. In the case of trade with the Czech Republic will also focus on the history of trade relations, which were not always idyllic. Much of the work is dedicated to investment and investment climate in Israel, where foreign direct investment plays an important role. In conclusion of thesis is outlined the likely evolution, which will take place in Israel.

Affirmative action or positive discrimination?

This thesis deals with the idea of affirmative action and its importance in the development of American society. The main goal is to analyze the effects of affirmative action and to evaluate its positive and negative impacts. The thesis has following structure. At first the theory and basic defenitions of affirmative action and other connected terms are explained. The second part is oriented on historical development of the fight against discrimination and for equal rights of minorities and women. Since 60's it focuses directly on affirmative action programs. At the same time the public stance is examined as well as the main influeces that were and are able to change it. That is why this work deals with some concrete Supreme Court cases which played an essential role in changing the focus and popularity of affirmative action. Particular Supreme Court sentences acted in both directions - there are some cases which were judged in favor of institutions practising affirmative policy or of a member of a group which had to face past discrimination. On the other hand, some sentences led to the end of such programs, especially in 80's when many conservative justices were nominated by president Ronald Reagan. The present situation and the future of affirmative action depend fundamentally on the stance of U.S. administration. The new one around president Barack Obama gives hope to affirmative policy and its supporters.

Process analysis

The goal of this work is to analyze processes in the market of advertisement. Then I will make some advices for analyzed companies and for potential new firms in this market of advertisement. If I want to analyze all this market then I had to use two companies one which name I can't write and Centrum Reklamy s r.o.. In the first theoretical part of this work I will describe: what the process directing is, then and how that emerged, what is process and how can be divided. In the second practical part o this work I will analyze processes and objects in the first unnamed company and later in Centrum Reklamy. In next part I will make some advices for both firms and at the end I will make some general advices for potential new firms.

Tax support for research and development

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of public support, and in particular with the fiscal aid towards research and development. It describes the current framework of the tax support with a focus on the deduction from the income tax to the expenditure on research and development projects. In order to make the best knowledge about the deduction, the paper examines in more detail and explains the legislation related to the deduction. The goal of this paper is to evaluate the total of private funds to finance research and development with regard to the introduction of deduction. The result of the paper is the interpretation of primary data from which to reveal the impact of incentive deduction to support the implementation of research and development, but only as a supplement to direct aid.

"Forming of constitution system in Ukraine"

My Diploma Work "Forming of constitution system in Ukraine" is characterised by two directions which are fade into one another. Firstly, I dealt with classification of the constitution system in contemporary Ukraine from the historical point of view, regarding its constitutional traditions during running history and level of influences from neighbouring states to constitution forming. Secondly, I gave characteristic to the certain constitution of Ukraine in 1996 - as the result of political struggles in the country - including the way and the process of its adoption. I also paid attention to constitution mechanisms functioning in practise. In conclusion I have tried to objectively evaluate political system, which was created in Ukraine together with adoption of the constitution of 1996, and also to classify the level of democratisation of present-day Ukraine. Structural assessment of the reinforced concrete chimney

The aim of this thesis is assessment of existing condition reinforced concrete factory chimney, who has undergone structural and technical survey, under which was found many failures caused of horizontally tension - significant vertical cracks in the chimney stack. The object of this work will also make appropriate proposals rehabilitation of concrete stack by design prestressed cables monostrand in horizontal direction, grouting open cracks and reprofiling surface of chimney stack.

The presidential election campaign financing rules from the perspective of the laws of the Czech Republic

Thesis deals with the topic of the financing of the presidential election campaign. In its first part is pointed out the position of President in the Czech Republic and the legislation his choices, both with efficiency up to 2012 (indirect election of the President), and especially with effect after 2012 (direct election of the President). The pivotal part of the submitted work examines the legislation funding the presidential election campaign, its gaps and shortcomings. It finally pointed out also from a practical perspective, when it is pointed out the violation of the legislation in this area by all candidates for the post of the President in 2013. In brief is then given an overview of the laws of certain European countries. Some of them may be the model for the Czech legislature, with regard to the amendments to the existing legislation. Indeed, this also means that the last chapter of custom text to be submitted to the work where the author documented criticism of the existing legislation, the financing of presidential election campaigns and proposals de lege ferenda.
