Quality improvements for citizen advice bureaux

Hlavní podnětem k sepsání této bakalářské práce je jedinečné setkání dvou důležitých momentů. Prvním z nich je schválení konečné podoby zákona o sociálních službách a druhým je úspěšné ukončení projektu "Kvalita v občanských poradnách" realizovaného Asociací občanských poraden. Hlavním námětem této práce je kvalita služby občanského poradenství. Již několik let se kvalitou sociálních služeb zabývá Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí jako hlavní garant kvality sociálních služeb poskytovaných na území ČR. V následujících kapitolách bych ráda věnovala pozornost zavádění standardů kvality do občanského poradenství (§ 37 zákona o sociálních službách). Asociace občanských poraden jako garant kvality poskytovaných služeb členskými občanskými poradnami se již v několikaletém předstihu připravuje na avizované inspekce kvality iniciované Ministerstvem a v rámci své dobré praxe zavádí do systému řízení tzv. Standardy kvality občanských poraden. Zmiňovaný zákon (106/2006 Sb.) je z hlediska této práce významný, protože definoval oblasti ve kterých budou sociální služby poskytovány a dále stanovil pravidla pro tzv. povinnou registraci poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Pravděpodobně již v příštím roce začne Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí rozbíhat tzv. inspekce kvality ve všech registrovaných zařízeních poskytujících...

Role of Special Schools in promoting inclusive Education

World of education for disable children is constantly changing. Special schools have to change according to the demand of its clients or the environmental factors. Inclusion is seen as a right and inclusive education has become a compulsion in the field of special education. Irrespective of disability, a child with disability has the same rights to education as any other child in his/her age. Many declarations, decades and policy papers have fueled this drive world over and have been showing the direction for policy makers and practitioners. This study explores and highlights the importance of inclusive education and role of special schools in promoting it. The research focus has been to investigate various roles for special schools, so that they can meet some of the challenges of inclusive education. The purpose of the research was for me to develop an understanding and knowledge about this growing phenomenon of inclusive education, its challenges and how special schools can contribute to make it effective. Application of text-optimizing techniques and their influence on adequate text comprehension

This dissertation describes a research aimed at finding text-optimization techniques which would increase the comprehension and better the attitudes of the readers towards the text. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of these techniques considering the possibility of implementation into the text-production process of state and commercial institutions. The theoretical basis for text comprehension is the construction of mental representations of the text. Many factors, internal and external, can influence the construction of a correct mental representation of the text. This thesis researches the factors of text quality and attitudes towards the text. Effects of the same text manipulations of Slovak and Dutch texts were observed in three language groups. These were: a group of Slovak native speakers, Dutch native speakers and people who learned Dutch as a foreign language. For this research two texts were selected, namely the instructions provided with the tax declaration form and an instruction manual provided with a digital camera. The European Social Fund as one of the two structural funds of European Union is integral part of the Policy of EU. As a fund devoted to human resources development and employment support arise from aims of European employment strategy and contributes to realization of Policy of economic and social cohesion which was set up to reduce differences in maturity and standards of living across European Union's regions. The bachelor thesis refers to the European Social fund and its working in Czech republic including the basic information about structural funds of EU and Policy of economic and social cohesion. Practical part of my thesis is dedicated to the project "Cesta k regionální škole" that has been financed from this fund through the Operational program Human resources development and which has brought new school educational program that supports higher quality and level of education in the basic school of Otokar Březina in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou.

The benefits of accelerator program of czech warmblood mares for sport and breeding

In the following lines my thesis, I find that the mares included in the accelerator program further used in breeding, and whether the AP contributes or is a certainty for an increasing number of foals CT and whether the results of the evaluation mares at 3 years indicator of the quality and success of mares themselves and their foals in another sports career. I will also try to assess whether the inclusion of subsidies received in mares AP exploited to the full, which depends on the number of foals born via.

Internal audit in the telecommunication company

The diploma work is focused on the internal audit issue. The goal of the work is on a basic of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to explain and describe the internal audit and the internal auditor job. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one is focused on the internal audit history, internal auditor character and profession, internal audit quality assessment and compare internal audit with the external audit. The practical one is focused on the internal audit unit in the business company and at first describes the internal audit regulatory frame and after that is already focused on the internal auditor job from audit planning, over the audit performance and audit report, to the monitoring of corrective measures.

Analysis of SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence 2004s

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of one of the most important Business Intelligence platform in the BI market -- SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence 2004s. The main objective of the analysis is to provide reader with very comprehensive theoretical and practical platform overview that is based among others on valuable implementation of SAP NetWeaver BI sample application. The sample application not only allows better understanding of the platform, but also provides significant inputs to evaluation final phase. This evaluation is based on a metric system, which is defined as a part of this thesis as well. The evaluation result is then, apart from the quantitative quality interpretation of analyzed platform, included in a quality comparison (some areas) with BI platforms Oracle and Open Source Pentaho, whose evaluation and comparison have been made in diploma thesis [VÁLEK, 2008]. At the end of this thesis is then provided an overview of SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence 2004s strengths and weaknesses.
