SYROVÁTKA, Karel
The aim of this graduation thesis is, on the basis of specialized literature and practical knowledge, to create, compile and verify a multimedia set of individual game activities exercises suitable for the select age in the form of DVD. We concentrate the theoretical part on a broader specification of the age group, as well as on the abilities important for the development of a young sportsman. In compliance with the gathered information of the theoretical part and the specialized information from practice we created a set of exercises which serves the model for making a DVD. The instructional DVD can be used by coaches, teachers and parents of young footballers. It provides simple directions how to use the exercises in basic game activities of an individual. We made the DVD in a simple and clear form even for children themselves, so after seeing the film they can train with their friends as well.
