On these platforms is based shared economy, which also represents an interesting potential for the possible development of payment field. Chapter with alternative methods for cashless is finished by analyzing digital currencies. The hypothesis of this thesis is whether Apple can have an impact on the area of contactless payments and how it can affect the entire sector. Part of the hypothesis is the claim that Apple manages to change the area of contactless payments, such as happenede in the music industry with iTunes and then in the telecommunications industry with a revolutionary iPhone. Potential benefit of Apple is defined by the method of description. Potential contribution of Apple Pay is characterized by logical deduction base on previous relationships. As the 20th century is a period of huge changes also in the relationship between the state and the church (or between the society and the church), there might be an interesting (and yet unanswered) question, if and how the church administration has reacted to the changes of the political, economical and demographical situation in this period. The application of legal standards in materials engineering
Večeřa, Petr ; Pantělejev, Libor (referee) ; Pavloušková, Zina (advisor)
The thesis describes points where the basic universal prescriptive system of law interferes with the questions of materials engineering. The main part of the thesis concerns legal liabilities, mainly civil liability represented with liability for defects. Basic analysis of chosen topics concerning liability for defects is done, defects are divided into groups as far as both technical and legal point of view is concerned. Consequently, the most common methods, principles and tests used for recognition and assessment of materials characteristics, both destructive and non-destructive, are described. Chapter, which deals with degradation processes follows. Integral part of the thesis are thoughts of possible types of legal liabilities, which could be important for materials engineers, with basic recommendations for contracting, as well as chosen problems connected with judicial proceedings and out of court settling of disputes. Utilization of clays with low sintering temperature in brick technology
Sláma, Jakub ; Skotal, Zbyněk (referee) ; Sokolář, Radomír (advisor)
Bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the low sintering clays as additives in brickmaking. Their main use in the brick industry is mainly in the production of facing bricks and roof tiles. They are used for their very good sintering ability even at relatively lower firing temperatures. This feature is the most important for frost resistence of brick fragment. The theoretical part contains a summary and characteristic features of clays occurring in the Czech Republic and abroad. Further their requirements and laboratory testing of brick clay. In the practical part was conducted market research where are outlined available low sintering clays that may be proposed for use in brick fragment based on declared sintering. An experiment was performed in the next part of bachelor thesis to assess the effect of using low sintering clay in terms of particular brick factory in the Czech Republic (Tondach Šlapanice).
