The subject of the thesis is a business valuation using the income method of discounted cash flow. The theoretical section deals with the description of the valuation process including financial analysis, and presents the most commonly used valuation methods and the specifics of real estate companies. The practical part includes the valuation of aAIM Czech Republic (Olomouc) using discounted cash flow and a detailed introduction to this method. The project concludes with an estimated market value of the company and suggestions on how to increase its value.

This bachelor thesis deals with shareholders´ capital in the company and with its presentment in the system of accounting. Theoretical part describes the shareholders´ capital basely the legislation of Czech republic and IFRS, its structure and account. Practical part describes the application of theoretical basis relevant structure, account, financial analysis and variation of shareholders´ capital sheet in real company and finaly its analysis of results.

The whole piece is divided into two main parts. First part is theoretical in which the analyzed company is introduced and there is also description of the used methodology. The second part contains the financial analyse of the firm SATES s.r.o. for the period from year 2005 to year 2009. I elaborated the analyse by doing horizontal and vertical analyse of a balance sheet and income sheet, ratio analyse, analyse of the net working capital, pyramidal decomposition of the return on equity, comparison of balance rules, economic normal and using of failure and solvent models, calculation of economic value added and comparison to competing company

The goal of my master thesis is to discover the value of the company FEZKO THIERRY a.s. The master thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is just theoretic - methodological. In the second part, which is practical, I introduce the basic data and information about the company. Then I focus on strategic and financial analyses, where we can find the main data for the financial plan. In the final part I pay the attention to the resulting valuation of the company.

Valuation of České aerolinie a.s.

Aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company as Czech Airlines to 1.1.2009. At the beginning of the work is described the company's history, another section deals with the strategic analysis. The third chapter contains the work of financial analysis and it aim is to assess the financial health of the firm. A fourth unit is prediction of generators and preparing the financial plan. In the last chapter I looked at his own valuation of the company using the DCF method APV. The resulting value, I set the interval range. As an additional method was used market comparison. The value of the firm is appointed like interval.
