Shared Service Centers as a form of sourcing
Klímová, Barbora ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor) ; Seneši, Karol (referee)
This Master Thesis is focused on the concept of outsourcing and Shared Service Center (SSC) as a tool for reducing operational costs. Outsourcing will be defined along with the various types with advantages and disadvantages of each. Further, the work is focused on process of establishing SSC. The main objective of this thesis is to identify and assess the most important factors for establishing a Shared Services Center. The primary target is divided into the sub- goals. These goals include identifying key factors for locating SSC, assessing the financial benefit of establishing SSC and revelation in which parts of the company savings are highest. Next sub-objective is to evaluate various stages of implementation and progress. The last objective is to evaluate using KPIs as a tool for measuring effectiveness of SSC. For achieving these goals online research, evaluation interviews with executives of Vodafone and internal materials are used. For evaluating of locality are also used methods of managerial decision-making. Theoretical part is followed by a case study. I chose an example of establishing Vodafone SSC in Budapest. On this example my knowledge

Trends in financing of housing
Otčenášková, Petra ; Zámečník, Petr (advisor) ; Smrčka, Luboš (referee)
Bachelor's thesis entitled "Trends in financing of housing" deals with the possibilities of how to finance housing. Its aim is to analyze the financial instruments of the mortgage market and system of housing savings in the Czech Republic. The work is mainly focused on the development of mortgage and housing savings in recent years. The first part describes the major characteristics of the mortgage loan. It is also mentioned something about the historical development and legislation. The second part focuses on the principles of housing savings products and their convenience. The next three chapters are devoted to less used forms of housing finance. The following section discusses the current status, changes in legislation and trends in the provision of housing loans. The final section describes the state changes planned for the future.

Comparison of bulding savings and mortgage loans in Czech republic
Hanáčková, Edita ; Kiovský, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor's work is to compare the pre-mortgage and mortgage loaning options for housing financing. It presents the most important aspects of each of the products, as well as the advantages and shortcomings. It describes and analyses the current situation on the market for these products in Czech Republic and also highlights important changes, which are introduced in 2011. The conclusions of this work are focused on the comparison of the mortgage and the bridging loan for the modeling example.

Preparation and Plasmachemical Reduction of Model Corrosion Layers on Iron.
Sázavská, Věra ; Novák, Stanislav (referee) ; Zahoranová, Anna (referee) ; Krčma, František (advisor)
The plasmachemical removal process of corrosion layers is based on a reduction effect of RF hydrogen low-pressure plasma, and it is used for archaeological objects. Incrustation layers on artifact surface become brittle and porous due to plasma processing. The structure and composition of corrosion layers is changed. Therefore, it is much easier to recover the original surface of the plasma treated artifacts in contrary to those treated by conventional ways. Moreover, we can save time on invasive and thus dangerous mechanical removal of corrosion layers as for example sanding is. After plasma treatment, we can observe fine details of the original surface and memory of tools used during its manufacturing. These details are important information on the origin and manufacturing methods of the artifacts. The plasma reduction process leads to the removal of impurities from cavities as well, and a function of mechanical components of archaeological object can be restored. Moreover, chlorides can be easily removed from the corrosion layers and thus any significant post-corrosion is protected. Each archaeological object is original and it has its own “corrosion history”. First, the object had been exposed to the atmosphere for a long time. Then, it had been often placed in a tomb or grave or it otherwise got into the soil or sea. Thus, each archaeological object was exposed to different corrosion stress (humidity, composition of corrosive environment, etc.). Due to these facts, any universal way of a corroded object treatment is very difficult or even impossible to propose. In this work, the problem was solved using model samples of common metals which were treated at various plasma treatment conditions. Archaeological objects made of iron are the most common artifacts, and the typical corrosion products on iron are akaganeite, rokuhnite, and szomolnokite. These three corrosion products were created on the model samples in laboratory and then, the plasmachemical reduction was applied for their removal. The experiment was done in a Quartz cylindrical reactor with capacitive coupled RF plasma created using outer electrodes. We used discharge power from 100 W to 400 W in a continuous or pulsed regime (duty cycle of 75 %, 50 % and 25 %). Flowing plasma was created in pure hydrogen at pressure of 150200 Pa. Sample temperature was monitored by a thermocouple, and it did not exceed 200C during all these experiments. This temperature is regarded as a limit temperature for metallographic changes of archaeological iron. Higher temperature can cause destruction of archaeological iron objects. The optical emission spectroscopy of OH radical was used for the process monitoring. We focused on the monitoring of OH-radicals generated in the plasma, which are characteristic species formed by this process. Each corrosion product has a different time evaluation of generated OH-radicals, which is closely related to the degradation of a given corrosion product. Corrosion layers were analyzed before and after the plasmachemical reduction by SEM-EDX. We have found that the plasmachemical reduction is not very suitable for the szomolnokite corrosion product, which is degraded with difficulty and at high applied powers, only. However, very good removal efficiency was obtained for the rokuhnite and akaganeite corrosion.

Statistical analysis of the development of the housing market in the Czech Republic and its prospects
Hrnčíř, Petr ; Prášilová, Marie (advisor) ; Kříž, Josef (referee)
In the bachelor thesis is analyzed historic devevelopment of housing market from 2005 to 2014 by using time series and index analysis. In the work is analyzed year 2015 and its situation at the housing market, because it shows current situation in housing market and provide compare it with previour data from the period. The analysis is focused on housing prices, the number of completed dwellings, household expenditure on housing, the change in inflation, changes in interest rates on mortgage loans and state spending on housing. State spending on housing is very important indicator, where they are analyzed important products to support housing individually, which the Czech Republic uses, such as support for savings, housing allowance, green to savings, loans for the purchase of housing for young people up to 36 years old and the program PANEL. The conclusion contains a summary of the results and the estimation of future developments in the housing market. And the subsequent proposal or recommendation, what should the housing market change.
