Responsible tourism in the Třeboňsko-south Region

The bachelor thesis deals with the responsible tourism in the area Třeboňsko - jih. Its main goal is an evaluation of the current state of the responsible tourism in this location. This primary goal consists of three fractional goals. The first fractional goal is an evaluation of the structure of assumptions of development of responsible tourism, the second is to evaluate preferences of visitors of this area for individual activities of responsible tourism and the third is to identify suitable suggestions for optimizing this area through the responsible tourism and recreation. For the accomplishment of goals were created analyzes of supply and demand. From their results were then devised suggestions of optimization for using this area through tourism and recreation.

Responsible tourism in the Prachatice Region

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Responsible tourism in the Prachatice Region. The main goal is an evaluation of the current state of responsible tourism in this location. Through the fractional goals is evaluated the structure of assumptions of development of responsible tourim in this location and preferences of visitou for types of responsible tourism. For the accomplishment of goals of the bachelor thesis were created the analysis of supply that was done from internet and book resources and the analysis of demand through the questionnaire research that was used for the detection of interest of respondents in individual activities of responsible tourism. Data obtained through the analyzes of supply and demand led to the devising of suggestions of optimization for using this area through tourism.

The use of share funds for development of infrastructure services in selected agro-tourist farm

This thesis investigates the use of share funds for development of infrastructure services in the agro-tourist farm Michlová Hut with emphasis on the possibility of reconstructing the former pond as water area for recreation. In this thesis an analysis of tourist attractions in the area, was evaluated in tourism infrastructure and the survey was to determine the interest of visitors in recreational water area. The assessment questionnaire is interested in surface water confirmed subsequently was therefore analyzed the possible co-financing from EU funds. In conclusion, however, showed that although the pond by the visitors found the application of farm and its reconstruction would increase the attractiveness of the farm for visitors to the appropriate EU funding currently is not.

Analysis of agrotourism farms supply in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis is focused on market conditions analysis of agrotourism farms and supply in the Czech Republic and the use of funds for further development. The Amount of Entities operating in agritourism and other information was examined thanks to statistical survey Agrocenzus. The thesis has its own research on supply and demand.The analytical part included a comparison of two tourist regions and SWOT analysis of both these regions. Based on the results of own research and information gathered, there are suggested changes to improve the current situation.

Agrotourism in selected microregions (Benešovsko)

The analysis of the present level of the agrotourism/ecoagrotourism development in the microregions Blanik and Podblanicko. In this work the potency of the tourist trade in connection with these microregions are characterized and some farms are closely introduced. According to the questionnaire research the situation on the ecological farms has been analysed and the community interest in the agrotourism/ecoagrotourism, has been studied.

The business concept of rural tourism service facilities in the area of Pisek

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business concept to diversify the activities of a private farmer, operating in the region Pisecko, to the field of tourism, specifically to the agrotourism. At first, the surveyed area, accessibility, attractiveness and competitiveness were analyzed using secondary sources. In addition, primary sources were obtained with the help of a guided interview with the owner of a farm and a questionnaire survey conducted in travel agencies, tour operators and tourist information centers. Based on all the findings, the business concept of Jihočeské království was assembled. It includes a structural and technical solution, all services and the way of running the whole business, staffing and last but not least, the financial plan that demonstrates the viability of the project.

Evaluation of a selected Agrofarm business and proposals for further development

At the beginning the Thesis describes the rural tourism as a part of the sustainable development of economy and tourism. As the goal of the Thesis is to evaluate the operation of a concrete agricultural establishment -- Statek Bezděční, it focuses on agrotourism as a specific type of rural tourism. On the basis of gained data the Thesis proposes suitable steps to help to improve the current economic situation of the farm, primarily to raise the occupancy of the farmstead and increase the revenues.
