Multirezidual analysis of selected pesticides in barley
Ehrenbergerová, Martina ; Duroňová, Kateřina (referee) ; Mikulíková, Renata (advisor)
Barley is one of the economically important crops. Its production is primarilly used as fodder barley and also in brewery and food industry. Particularly the part of its production intended for malt production must be of high quality. There are some important factors which can influence the quality of the crops, such as harmful organisms – diseases, pests and weed. In order to regulate the occurence of harmful organisms, agricultural measures are taken in the integrated protection system and resistant variants and pesticides are used. The higher the demand on the production quality, the bigger is the volume and the spectrum of pesticides used. The increasing extent of pesticide use also poses a risk for internal production quality and the environment. This fact makes it necessary to monitor unfavourable influences, including the contents of the pesticide residues in barley. This work studies the possibility of multiresidual determination of some selected pesticides in malting barley.
The influence of genotype , habitats and agricultural technologies for producing energy wood phytomass selected
CHRT, Vladimír
This diploma thesis deals with the cultivation of fast-growing wood and concentrates on the influence of particular factors like e.g. location, agrotechnology and fertilizers, which have a crucial impact on the phytomass production. Moreover, the thesis evaluates the economic efficiency of this type of sustainable energy ressource, which can be a source of local business. Introductory theoretical chapters describe essentials rules of the cultivation of fast-growing wood. Furthermore the thesis presents general information in this field and proposes suitable wood clones. In addition, the thesis outlines the process of choice and preparation of the agricultural parcel, the usage of various fertilizes, herbicides and agrotechnology. The applied core characterises the business case itself. The primary research compares financial investment and its return of two examined agricultural parcels under the prerequisit of suitable choice of location and agrotechnology. A trail phase depictes the cultivation of fast-gworing wood and discuss presumptions for succesfull business. This thesis is mainly based on primary research. The acquired data are further analyzed and the final chapter attempts to outline the results and suggest measures.
Regulating weeds in the cover of oilseed (Brassica spp.).
HASÍK, Juraj
The thesis contains various methods of regulating dangerous weeds occurring on arable land in the cover of oilseed. It also contains a brief description of how the actual oilseed (Brassica spp.), as well as various weeds that are widespread in oilseed covers. The actual work took place at the at the School Farm the Agricultural Technical School in Tábor. A small-plot experiment was conducted here. The evaluation of the frequency of weed occurrence n the selected experimental plots was conducted in two varieties of oilseed and two hybrid varieties of oilseed. The findings of different varieties were compared. At the conclusion of the actual work, the thesis includes economic evaluation and the proposed measures.
Assessment of the effectiveness of selected herbicides on weeds in crops of spring wheat
KAŠÍK, Ladislav
This thesis focuses on assessing the effectiveness of selected herbicides for spring wheat protection against most occurring dicotyledonous weeds. To verify the effectiveness of selected herbicides was small plot trial on the Farm Kašík, Blanné . The most frequent weeds were (Atriplex patula L., Capsella bursa - pastoris L., Stellaria media L., Thlaspi arvense L. and Tripleurospermum inodorum L.). In an attempt were applied four herbicides (MUSTANG FORTE, Sekator OD, Basagran Super , tank mix glean 75 WG + Dicopur M 750) at two different doses (the minimum and maximum doses recommended by the manufacturers). Effectiveness were evaluated in four measurements with the percentage of subjective estimation methods .
Effect of tillage technology to control weeds in crops of winter oilseed rape
ŠÁMAL, Jiří
The aim of this thesis is to extend the knowledge about the use of modern machinery cultivator with minimum tillage and conventional tillage in agriculture. For this purpose you can use a wide range of agricultural machines from various manufacturers such as the Horsch, Lemken, Vaderstad and more. In this work evaluates the stubble Horsch Terrano 6FG and Vaderstad Carrier 820 with a focus on lumps size, incorporation of crop residues and maintain the set depth.
Control of weeds on arable land in forests rape (Brassica spp.)
FILÍPEK, Pavel
The aim of this thesis is to expand knowledge about how to control very dangerous weeds occurring on arable land in forests grown rapeseed. When growing crops are placed great demands on the quality of both production and the economy growing. Modern technologies of cultivation and the production system measures its influence reached the amount of seeds and harvest quality. The possibility of using herbicides to control the occurrence of plant very dangerous weed species in stands grown at conventional oilseed farming is offered as one of the many and very effective control measures against the occurrence of monocot and dicotyledonous weeds.
Genetic Modified Organisms - Hope or Danger?
VLÁŠKOVÁ, Alena
My bachelor degree thesis deals with the modern phenomenon of genetically modified organisms (GMO). I have selected this subject as the GMO issue is highly topical and, in my opinion, fairly neglected in the Czech Republic. On one side, the benefits of organic food have been ever more emphasized and, on the other side, there are relatively many foodstuffs containing genetically modified components. However, it should be noted at this point that many consumers do not have the slightest idea about it. This is partly caused by the fact that consumers have little information about product compositions as labels often use very small and illegible fonts. The main objective of the thesis is to improve the awareness of genetically modified organisms. I have used an anonymous questionnaire survey to find out differences in the awareness about the issue among residents of the South Bohemian and Pilsen regions. The total number of distributed questionnaires was 100, i.e. 50 for each of the regions. The return rate of the questionnaires was 100 %. The respondents were selected at random. I have formulated 4 basic hypotheses in my research work. The first: The awareness of GMO is very low. This hypothesis has been confirmed. The second: The prevailing opinion among the respondents is that GMO are harmful. This hypothesis has been confirmed because most of the respondents (67 %) believe that GMO are harmful to health. The third: Most of the respondents do not primarily focus on the composition and origin of foodstuffs when they do the shopping. This hypothesis has not been confirmed because this type of information plays an important role for an ever increasing number of people. The fourth: When respondents do the shopping the price of foodstuffs is more important than the quality. This hypothesis has been rebutted because most of the respondents (74 %) do their shopping primarily based on the price and quality ratio. The results of this thesis may be further used for public education about GMO issues within a public discussion about the topic.
Regulation ways of Scentless weed apperance
BEČVÁŘ, Stanislav
It is spoken about persistentent weed called Scentless Mayweed in this graduation theses, whose became more expandable hand in hand with gradual passage of some companies to the minimisational methods of the soil processing. The biology and morfology of Scentless Mayweed is described in this theses, so as gadgetries of his diffusion and on this priciples of this knowledge the weedy si discussed. There are many methods of feedback control described {--} mechanical so as chemical and its subseqent economical evaluatin and its matching. This issue tries to clear up why the stress of this weed on arable crop is so hard, why it is so successful weed at the point of wiew of competitive relations and what sort of mechanisms are used. At the advances that were show round in Kluky in former Písek county it was found out the influence of the herbicides and subsequently the remedial measures for weed control were accepted.
