Role diskurzních markerů v bezprostřední neformální konverzaci rodilých a nerodilých mluvčích

The thesis is focused on the study of discourse markers in English informal language. The main corpus includes seven face-to-face conversations of native and non-native speakers and serves as the basis for the research. At first, necessary linguistic terms are defined. Then, the corpus and speakers{\crq} characteristics are presented. The practical part concerns frequency, different functions and positions of particular discourse markers. The factors which might influence the possible choice of discourse markers and its motivation are focused on. Attention is also paid to the frequency of discourse markers used by the class of non-native speakers who were divided to the sub-classes of pre-intermediate, intermediate and advanced. The work further observes co-occurrence of the markers and ambiguous expressions that are not easily distinguishable. Finally, the results of the research are interpreted and analyzed.

British National Party in European Context

Diploma thesis "The British National Party within European context" deals with motives, progress and results of process of modernization of the British National Party in political system of Great Britain in recent years. The thesis focuses primarily on party's development from her foundation in 1980s to the first decade of the 21st century and relates it to social-political changes taking place in the mentioned period. Diploma thesis is divided into four parts, whereas the first one introduces the historical perspective of radical right in Britain and describes persisting and constant ideology of anti-semitism, conspiracy theories and economic nationalism as it Diplomová práce Britská národní strana v evropském kontextu periodically appeared on the scene throughout the 20th century. The second part is devoted to personal roots and growth of the British National Party during 1980s and 1990s. The most important section in terms of the scope of the thesis is the third part that focuses on initiation of the process of professionalization and modernization of the party itself and explores in detail first election achievements on local and European levels. Analysis of employee benefits in company

The main subject of Bachelor's Thesis called "Analysis of employee benefits in company" is to analyze system of employee benefits used in company Saint-Gobain Construction Products a.s. The theoretical part focuses on the meaning of employee benefits, their categorization, terms of tax legislation a trends. In the practical section of the work, the current state of employee benefits in the firm is discussed and reviewed. A survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of employees toward employee benefits within the organization. The survey showed that 89 % of respondents are satisfied with current system of employee benefits and the most valuable benefit is the extra week of holiday. Evaluation of this research is completed by suggestions of recognized defects.

In this work is introduced basic electro-hydraulic analogy, analysis and use of resistances acting against transmission of energy, design of resistances network, ordination of resistances contemporary options of simulation of hydraulic systems. In work is also made analysis of hydraulic mechanism during start of hydraulic motor.

Atom Egoyan's Films

This thesis is dealing with a film creation of Canadian director Atom Egoyan. It includes more detailed survey of his filmography divided into several periods. It pays attention namely to his feature films, but also to important short films. Marginally it mentions works for television. Separate subject matter is an Armenian ethnicity. Repeated themes in Atom Egoyan?s creation are an influence of communication technologies on human relationships, alienation, dysfunctional family, identity, etc. The analysis individual films concentrate on narrative method, structure, typical creative marks and style, but mainly on characters. Dramaturgically study is psychological and sociological orientated.

Spain: territorial differentiation and regional policy

This thesis examines the regional differentiation of Spain and the regional politics in the context of Spanish economic situation within the EU. The first chapter looks at Spain as an EU member, focusing on its profile from the perspective of economic level and growth. Included comparative analysis of the Spanish economy emphasizes the nominal and real convergence with the Eurozone based on the most influential variables. The second chapter deals with the causes and development of the Spanish regional disparity, highlighting various economic sector specializations of distinct regions, impacting employment and productivity. This chapter also touches the topic of social and information inequality. The third and final chapter is dedicated to structural and cohesive policies of Spain during the past program periods as well as the current financial perspective of 2007-2013, focusing on the tools of the EU providing regional aid. Spain within the process of fund redistribution, existing successful results as well as concrete impact on Andalucia's regional economy are also described.

Concerto grosso in contemporary music

The bachelor's dissertation Concerto grosso in contemporary music includes the definition of concerto grosso as a conception in music's terminology, it's role in the music's history and introduces the leading composers of this style. There are analysed six scores of authors, who were concerned with this form. Afterwards follow the definitions of single compositional principles of concerto grosso. The principles of this form are compared with the results of single analyses in the next chapter. Finally I confronted my bachelor's compose Concerto for trumpet, timpani and strings with compositional principles of concerto grosso. In the conclusion is summarized my whole dissertation and are recapitulated single steps which I took. At the end is written the list of used literature out.

Bohuslav Martinů: Piano works

In this work I tried to describe Bohuslav Martinů´s works for piano with concentration on one of the high composition of his heritage - Fantasy and Toccata. In the introduction, I mentioned my motivation for writing this paper. The first chapter is brief discuss about Bohuslav Martinů´s life. The second chapter is focused on development of Bohuslav Martinů´s works for piano through his life. I tried to point out on width and diversity of his piano works. Third chapter introduce clearly organized list of piano works line up according to year appearance and opus number from Halbreich catalogue. At the beginning is a brief introduction and then list of solo piano works divided into two cathegories compositions from youth and mature compositions (which appears at the beginning of his Paris period). Fourth chapter makes up list of concertant works with solo piano. Fifth chapter is overview of compositions for two pianos. Sixth chapter bandy about overview by works for keyboard instruments such as cemballo and organ works. In the following, seventh, chapter, I was dealing with main works for piano and analysing conditions which related to their appearance. Eighth chapter is focused on concrete master work - Fantasy and Toccata. I describe circumstances of emergence, note pianist - Rudolf Firkušný - the composition is dedicated for and analyse the work . Ninth chapter is supplement of previous chapter and describe other compositions, which appears in same time as Fantasy and Toccata. At the conclusion I write about value and importance of understanding for Bohuslav Martinů ´s work.

Strategic Analysis of Autoseating, s.r.o.

The Diploma thesis is focused on internal and external analysis of the company Autoseating. In the first, teoretical, part of the thesis are explained the basic therms as a strategy,a mission and a vision follower by the external Pest and Porter 5 forces analyses. Author continued with an internal analysis represented by resource analysis and financial analysis. At the end of teoretical part were explained swot analysis together with choice of generic strategies made by porter. Practical part fullfiled all the analyses mentioned. Pest analysis was made as a first one, with no breaking news. But porter analysis of 5 forces disclosed endangering by suppliers in a case of import-branch in Autoseating, an endangering by customers in the case of car-parts production, an finally big endangering by e-shops for shop "Prodejna Honzik". The majority contribution brought an internal analysis, particulary the financial one. There were suggested better usage of capital and to take measures to improve stock-turn. Final swot analysis confirmed facts found in Porters model of 5 forces (competition analysis). The company Autoseating deals with the high quality products, so the author decided to recommend diferenciation strategy and added some measures to improve contemporary system.

Credit Risk Management In The Lease Company

This thesis is focused on the credit risk management with special orientation in the lease companies. Firstly, the basic risk features are defined, the general risk management process is explained and risks which the lease companies are exposed to are classified. The main theoretical part analyses the features of the credit risk important for the credit analysis, i.e. the classic approach to the evaluation of the borrower's creditworthiness. The theoretical part is the basis for the practical part within which the analysis of the credit risk management process in the lease company is performed, including the case study analysis.
