Eventualities of Implementation of Canistherapy into the Social Services System

The long-awaited Welfare Services Act came in force in 2007. The act is the first act which is based on a free choice of help, a free choice of a type of service and primarily, it stems from a person{\crq}s individuality and their needs. The act defines basic kinds and forms of welfare services and it redounds to the creation of needed room for services transformation focused on their own development. Canistherapy is a kind of zootherapy which can support an individual{\crq}s health and it is based on a mutual interaction between a person and a dog. It makes use of a globally standardized client relations method, it stems from a person{\crq}s individual needs and it can be applied to a wide variety of targeted groups of clients.

Corporate culture and its role in management of Human resources.

The principal objektive of this dissertation was confrontation of three firms from aspect corporate culture. The questionnaire, interviews and observational Metod were used for the research and for an understanding with culture of the chosen firms. According to the dissertation results, it could be said that corporate cultures of the firms are in another level. The corporate culture of building firm approximate to an the corporate culture in the knowledge corporation, the vertical and horizontal communication in the firm is very good level. There are tendencys of utilization and understanding of manpower as most important bussines capital in farming bussines. Is here the effort of creation powerfull and healthy corporate culture. There is marked power following distance, counterproductive optimal evolution of corporate culture. Top management master and take control of tasks and staff the only carry out tasks. For the future developement and reinforcement of corporate culture is recommended management training for the understanding of corporate culture, more effective utilization of human ressources, improvements in communication and knot how in the firms and the transparent remuneration system.

Respiratory Mechanics as Related to Discomfort Caused by Long-lasting Exertion in the Sitting Position

Theme: Relationship of respiratory mechanics to discomfort by longer lasting drain in sitting potion. Goal: To describe relationship between respiratory mechanics and discomfort - iťs influence on starting and evolution of discomfort; describe possible ways how to handle discomfort by breathing. Methods: An analysis of available literature by means of 'critical review', comparing each author and sequential valuation and searching of similar signs. The whole work is a theoretical base for next studies. Results: The work brought up useful information to the case of relations between respiratory mechanics, spine position and the change of hydrodynamics of cerebrospinal fluid by working in a monotone position, which after individua! long time force a man to take another position. The study brought up useful point of view on mutually chains of evens and shows next possible ways to solve problems of discomfort by monotone drain, when it gets to motory deprivation. We suggest accomplishing of text which should be a base for next studies and for segmentation into final grant report (MEYS 701 The creation of neuro- informatic databases and dare data-mining"). Creation of adaptation concept for new employees with system organiser position on SAP environment in ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

This thesis deals with the issue of adaptation of new employees in ŠKODA AUTO a.s., particularly of those who joined the company under the "Growth strategy 2018" for "system organizer" job positions -- SAP consultants. The company has been awarded for being one of the best employers in the past years and the system of human resource management and employee care is very advanced, however there was a demand in the "Information systems and organization" department to come up with its own way to adapt new employees concretely on SAP environment beyond the regular plans in the company. The goal of this thesis is thus to analyze current general practices in the company, present arguments for the new concept of adaptation on SAP, create that concept and then evaluate it through employees' feedback. The thesis, among other things, focuses on the whole process of the creation of the adaptation, including its administration and themes. The research of the opinions of the employees will review the present results of the adaptation and will give a base for decisions on how to continue with this effort. All activities in this process were done by the author himself while being an intern in the company and member of the adaptation project team. The target of the effort and the thesis itself is to have the adaptation project green lighted for the future continuation and to eliminate premature terminations of contracts of employment, which is why the SAP adaptations were thought of in the first place. The new concept of adaptation will benefit the company, the new employees, the creators of the concept, the tutors and the author and can act as an exemplar for other departments.

Factors important for Cajal body formation

This research describes the structure and function of nuclear domains called Cajal bodies (CB). CB contain proteins and factors involved in assembly and modification of snRNPs. These bodies are found in vertebrates and invertebrates and even plants. Not all cell types contain CB. Their number and size depends on the transcription activity of cell and cell cycle phase. This paper discusses the factors that affect the CB formation. One of the most important factors is the level of snRNPs and transcription activity. Recently shows that an important role in CB formation has coilin and other components phosphorylation. Other works show the influence of the environment. Educational attainment as a factor enabling flexible working arrangements for women on maternity leave in the Czech Republic

Presented work analyzes the influence of educational attainment in comparison with other factors that enable women on maternity or parental leave in the Czech Republic to actively participate in the labour market using flexible working arrangements. There are subjective and objective factors that may influence decisions of women active in the labour market. The work describes in detail following: selected tools of the social politics, cultural influence, preferences of individual women, need of another income in the household or division of labour with the partner. These influences are examined on examples of particular women using a method of semistructured interviews in qualitative survey. This work is compared with statistical data and relevant results of existing surveys. An assumption of presented work is the fact, that women with a higher education are better equipped to use possible options of available flexible working arrangements. The results of this survey confirm the assumption to a certain level, however it points also to other factors that are at least of the same importance as the level of attained education.

Management of IS/ICT costs in selected company

The thesis is focused on IS/ICT cost management. The purpose of this thesis is to create an IS/ICT cost model based on the principles of managerial method ABC (Activity Based Costing) for business informatics of selected company. The theoretical part is focused on costs in IS/ICT, their classification and management, with the analyze of the reasons for continuous growth of IS/ICT cost management. A significant part of this section is a characteristic of ABC method and a description of different phases in creation of ABC model. The practical part of the thesis presents a selected company, its business informatics and an organizational structure. Subsequently the current state of IS/ICT cost management is described and analyzed. Based on the analysis and with regard to objectives of the company in the future, a new IS/ICT cost allocation model is designed. For the purpose of calculating and determining of intradepartmental prices for ICT services, a process of allocating and calculating costs is simulated on the new designed model, with the use of current and historical data of the company. At the end of the practical part, the results achieved through the designed model and the results of the current method of allocation and calculation costs are compared.

Závěr Oblast lidských práv se neustále vyvíjí a s ní se vyvíjejí i mechanizmy, které by měly zajistit jejich dodržování. Lidská práva hrají ve společnostech vyspělých zemí tak významnou úlohu, že jejich prosazování je někdy dovedeno ad absurdum. Příkladem toho mohou být některé kauzy ve Spojených státech, o kterých se čas od času dovídáme z tisku. Pozor je třeba si dát i na zneužívání lidských práv k jiným, než právem aprobovaným účelům. Největšími problémy, se kterými se v právní praxi setkáváme, jsou případy střetu dvou či více lidských práv či svobod, kdy nelze najít jiné řešení, než že se omezí jedno subjektivní právo, aby byl učiněn volný průchod jinému. V takovém případě je na zvážení příslušného orgánu, kterému ze dvou kolidujících práv dá v daném případě přednost. Že se nejedná o úlohu nikterak snadnou, dokládají i některé případy řešené Ústavním soudem, které jsem se snažil blíže rozebrat v této práci. Institut ústavní stížnosti považuji v demokratickém právním státě za nezbytný doplňující prostředek ochrany práv dotčených orgánem veřejné moci. V posledních dvaceti letech byly učiněny radikální změny v právním řádu, soudnictví, politickém zřízení, hospodářském systému i v dalších oblastech společenského života a je velice těžké rychle se v "novém prostředí" orientovat. Individula movement program to influence fitness and affect body weight

INVIDUAL MOVEMENT PROGRAM TO INFLUENCE FITNESS AND AFFECT BODY WEIGHT Aims: The main aim of this thesis is to influence the fitness assumptions and to affect the body weight of a chosen person on the basis of an applied intervention program. Particular aims involve creating the intervention program, its fulfillment and practical verification, confirmation of defined hypotheses, stating and particulary explaining the differences between measured dates before and after the intervention and formulating relevant conclusions and recommendations.. Methods: The research method used in the thesis was an experiment. Its basis was creation and especially application of the six months lasting training program and further testing in laboratory conditions before and after the intervention. Results: The controlled person fulfilled the training program without complications and in a full scale. The created interventional program involved aerobic activities (running), bodybuilding and other activities (fitbox, cycling, in-line skating, swimming) without adjusting nutrition habits or an eventual diet. The feed-back tests showed/proved that the condition assumptions of the controlled person distincively improved in all chosen function parameters. Requested weight reduction though was not achieved. The Abstract My dissertation is dedicated to a characteristic of pupils of primary school age from the point of developmental psychology and mutual relation of this age group and the reading in its teoretical part. The importan part of dissertation are the chapters which are aimed to well- marked personality of our literature Mrs. Iva Procházková. There is an analysis of Prochazkova's creation in my dissertation too. There is a more detailed characteristic of three chosen tituls - Pět minut před večeří, Středa nám chutná, Únos domů in teoretical part. And this part looks into mutual relation between dramatic education and literature. The target of my research is to prove the suitability of chosen chapters for the work in dramatic education. There are analysis of these literature patterns from education's view in the practical part. These titules are made as the projects of teaching lessons.
