This bachelor thesis deals with design documentation of a family house in Rájec. The house has two floors and partial basement. Ground plan concist of two contigous rectangles with mono-pitched roof and warm flat roof. The main entrance to house is located to the northeast. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM and BEST block for basement walls. Ceiling structures are made from the system POROTHERM ceiling and SPIROLL panels.
Detached family house, Zámrsky

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the village of Zámrsky. It is a two-floor house without a basement with garage, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with clay brick Porotherm, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. Floor structure is made of clay system Porotherm. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 20° and gabled dormers on the north and south side. Garage is covered with a mono-pitched roof with a slope of 12 °.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation of a detached family residence that should fulfil the needs of a regular family. The design deals with architectural, structural and technical solution of the construction. Prefabricated concrete frame, that constitutes the load-bearing structure of the building, gives an impulse to the implementation of industrial style components and materials, both in interior and exterior of the residence. The aim of the author is among others to make the most of the advantages that the use of a frame structural system brings.

It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The building is covered with a shed roof with a slope of 7°. Garage is part of the house and has shed roof with a slope 5°.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the design of a newly constructed residential house, located in the cadastral area Česká. The house is a detached two-story residential house designed to house four people. The vertical load-bearing walls are constructed using POROTHERM ceramic blocks. The roof construction is composed of stacked ceiling with POT beams and MIAKO insert. The building is covered with a 38° pitch gabled roof and adjoining garage is covered with a roof at a 10° pitch.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project documentation of a detached house for a family of four, whose part serves as an atelier. The house is situated in Brno – Soběšice. The object is designed as a three-floor with a partial basement. Atelier spaces are placed on the highest floor, which makes possible to good illumination. The object is roofed-over with a shed roof.

The final thesis is focused on a design of an apartment house and processing of the design documentation. Designed building is situated on the periphery of the town Chrudim in the locality of the housing estate Na Větrníku. It’s a detached house with five floors and a basement. Building has a rectangular plan with dimensions 30,92 × 17,17 m. The foundation of the building is designed as a combination of piles and strips. The vertical constructions will be made of the clay blocks. The floor structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The apartment house has a saddle roof with a slope 15°. There are 25 apartments in the building and the mass garages for 15 cars, which are situated in the basement. The garages will serve to the residents of the house.

The aim of my master’s thesis is a project of a new apartment building at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The thesis contains text, drawings and calculation part. The house is designed as a detached house. Residential house is situated in flat terrain. The building is full basement with four above-ground floor. The house has 16 housing units. The construction system is a combined brick. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering. The floors are of brick blocks HELUZ. In the middle of the building is constructed elevator. The ceiling structure is made of prefabricated prestressed panels Spiroll. The roof consists of single-layer flat roof. The thesis also includes thermal and technical expertise and the calculation of the foundation structure.
Multi-functional building

This Master's thesis "Multi-function building" deals with a project of new multi-function building. It is in a stage of project documentation. An object is design as a detached house. The house is slab-on-ground with four stories. In the object are designed 8 flats with 7 garages. In the first story is situated a wellness centre and an office. The roof is flat, projected as single-skin. A carrier system is made from sacrificial formwork system. A construction of a ceiling is projected as ribbed floor. Windows and entering doors are plastic, interior doors are wooden. A part of work is a specialization from a branch concrete structures.
