Stiff Systems Analysis
Šátek, Václav ; Dalík, Josef (referee) ; Horová, Ivana (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
The solving of stiff systems is still a contemporary sophisticated problem. The basic problem is the absence of precise definition of stiff systems. A question is also how to detect the stiffness in a given system of differential equations. Implicit numerical methods are commonly used for solving stiff systems. The stability domains of these methods are relatively large but the order of them is low.   The thesis deals with numerical solution of ordinary differential equations, especially numerical calculations using Taylor series methods. The source of stiffness is analyzed and the possibility how to reduce stiffness             in systems of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) is introduced. The possibility of detection stiff systems using explicit Taylor series terms is analyzed. The stability domains of explicit and implicit Taylor series are presented. The solutions of stiff systems using implicit Taylor series method are presented in many examples. The multiple arithmetic must be used in many cases. The new suitable parallel algorithm based on implicit Taylor series method with recurrent calculation of Taylor series terms and Newton iteration method (ITMRN) is proposed.
Parallel Computer Systems Based on Numerical Integrations
Kraus, Michal ; Kubátová, Hana (referee) ; Kollár,, Ján (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with continuous system simulation. The systems can be described by system of differential equations or block diagram. Differential equations are usually solved by numerical methods that are integrated into simulation software such as Matlab, Maple or TKSL. Taylor series method has been used for numerical solutions of differential equations. The presented method has been proved to be both very accurate and fast and also procesed in parallel systems. The aim of the thesis is to design, implement and compare a few versions of the parallel system.

This work deals with the numeric integration. The reader is acquainted with the numerical solution of differential equations using Taylor series method. Then describes the different variants integrators. The practical part describes the design double-input integrator with multiplication and its implementation in an FPGA. For this integrator is also provided a simulator demonstrate its function.
Division Operation Simulation
Matečný, František ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with numerical integration and division operation. The reader is acquainted with the numerical solution of differential equations using division by the Taylor series. Next is explained the principle of SRT division in hardware and introduction of draft of design series-parallel and parallel division integrator in fixed point arithmetic. The practical aim of this work is implementation parallel division integrator and development of a software simulation of this integrator.
General Electronic Circuits Simulations Methods
Szöllös, Alexandr ; Pindryč, Milan (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with a metodology of description linear electrical circuits by using differential equations and the method of mesh currents and node voltages. Taylor series that is implemented in TKSL system is used for solving differential equations. This work is aimed on analysis and usability of this methods.

Valenta, Václav ; Kraus, Michal (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
The objective of this work is to get familiar with numerical solution of differential equations. The solution is made by specialized microprocessor HC08. Basic arithmetic operations and algorithms which helps to make precise results are analyzed here.
Aircraft Modelling - The Kinematics and Dynamics of Aircraft Motion
Kutal, Jiří ; Kaluža, Vlastimil (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on general aircraft motion. Main terms connected to modelling continous systems, principles of control theory, linear systems, feedback systems and basic types of regulators are analyzed in the first part of the thesis. Second part mentions mathematical basics connected to modelling, mainly focused on differential equations and Taylor series. Reader can also find out about A/D and D/A convertors. The last part of this bachelor's thesis is dedicated to aircraft motion and the simulation of it's kinetic equations in TKSL program.
Electric Circuits Simulations
Šulc, Jiří ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis was the design of elementary graphic computational editor in which quality schema designs of electrical circuits can be created easily and fast. The application is further able to automatically generate the system of equations describing the designed circuit which can be used in the TKSL simulation system for displaying of the solutions. The application is designed for student's use in order to support the teaching of the Circuit Theory. The bachelor's thesis further deals with the problem solving of differential equations by the way of numerical integration methods with direct use of the Taylor series.
