FITKit Virtualization
Vavruša, Marek ; Korček, Pavol (referee) ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (advisor)
Thesis presents a method of FITkit hardware platform virtualization. First part describes an extension of the libkitclient library to support virtual devices and discusses a protocol design for FITkit device sharing in the IP networks. The protocol is extended to offer an automatic device discovery in local network based on UDP multicast. The second part of the thesis presents an architecture for a remote compilation of FITkit platform binaries and the implementation in the fcmake and QDevKit. The last chapter summarizes implemented tools and presents possible future extensions.

Lossless Data Compression for IP Networks
Pánek, Richard ; Kajan, Michal (referee) ; Korček, Pavol (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with data compression methods in IP networks. The LZW compression algorithm and its history is described more in detail. This algorithm is tested on the di erent types of IP tracffic. It is shown that depending on the traffic type it is possible to reduce data to 70% of its original size. As the final implementation of the LZW algorithm is intented for use in the FPGA the results from high level synthesis (from C to VHDL language) are fi nally described.

Importance is lay on implementation of fully dynamic network with automatic network topology establishment. The application is designed for the TinyOS operating system and hardware platforms MICAz and IRIS, and its task is to establish the topology and send the data obtained from sensors to base station. The implemented protocol is based on the Collection Tree Protocol protocol and using best effort delivery is able to establish a dynamic topology. Further there is described  the method of storage and subsequent graphical and textual representation of data collected.

Synthesis and Characterization of Multifunctionalized Biodegradable Copolymers
V experimentální práci byly pomocí vakuové linky syntetizovány termosenzitivní amfifilní triblokové kopolymery na bázi biodegradabilního hydrofobního polylaktidu a polyglykolidu a biokompatibilního hydrofilního polyethylenglykolu (PLGA–PEG–PLGA).
