Phylogeography of mountain butterfly ??Bicyclus anisops in West Africa
PETRŮ, Vojtěch
The Gulf of Guinea Highlands is a unique mountane range of volcanic origin, situated on the African mainland in the borther of Nigeria and Cameroon, and the Gulf of Guinea islands of Bioko, S?o Tomé and Príncipe. This area is highly unique as the only large mountains in central and western Africa. The high degree of isolation of these mountains generated high degree of endemism of many groups of organisms; the whole region is thus one of the world biodiversity hotspots (known as the West African Forests). Despite its tremnedous conservation importance, this mountain range is under strong anthropogenic influence, as one of the most densely populated areas in tropical Africa. Despite all these factors, the conservation efforts in West Africa focused mainly on lowland areas of rain forests, whilst only few conservation effort is focused to the mountain habitats. As the other result, the lack of comprehensive biogeographic and phytogeographical studies of mountain flora and fauna is obvious. In this work, I have summarized the results of all crucial studies of the biogeography of the Gulf of Guinea Highlands. I also obtained sequences of three mitochondrial genes (COI, COII, and ND1) of an endemic montane butterfly Bicyclus anisops. Variability in the studied genes was relatively low. Phylogenetic analyses separated haplotypes into 7 well-established groups (1st Mt. Cameroon, 2nd Nkogam I, 3rd Nkogam II, 4th Bakossi-Kupe-Manengouba-Bani, 5th Mbam, 7th Hosséré Enla Fabo 6th all others localities (tj. Bamenda-Banso Mts., Acha Tugi, Mbam, Ngel Nyaki, Gotel Mts.)) but did not significantly resolved relationships among them. Based on the hyplotype diversity of B. anisops as an umbrella species, Mt. Cameroon, Nkogam, Mbam Massif, Mbiame, Hosséré Enla Fabo, Mt. Manengouba, Mt. Kupe and Mt. Oku are considered as localities of the highest conservation importance.

Types of word-formation in modern standard Chinese and the effect of word-formation on the typology

Deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism are part of the same process , venous thromboembolic nemoci.Žilní thrombosis and pulmonary embolism is a serious complication in the postoperative period and thromboembolism is often the cause of death not only in patients surgical or orthopedic surgery , after injuries , but also in gynecology and obstetrics or in connection with an internal disease . More recently, complicates this episode and modern performance transplant surgery, vascular surgery and laparoscopic operace.TEN is one of the most common diseases endangering the patient in terms of long-term morbidity, disability , mortality as well . Epidemiologically important is deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs , distal and proximal . The potential of pulmonary embolism in a lesser degree also contribute venous thrombosis upper extremities , axillary vein , pelvic and brain . Since the latter is difficult to diagnose , has a relatively high prevalent in hospitalized patients , high treatment costs diagnosed events , and sometimes in spite of treatment ends fatal disease , is devoted to its prevention tremendous effort . The Reform of Public Service in the Social Sector
TEJNOR, Libor
Social sector is an integral part of public service in any society. In each state, a contemporary system of institutions and organizations has gradually evolved in social administration, and the institutions are more or less interrelated and complement each other, or they compete. Although contemporary systems in various European countries differ from each other, they have common roots in the European social doctrine. It is based on the principles of human right of dignity, freedom, solidarity and participation in democratic governance. Within the transformation of the social security system to the system of social protection of citizens in the early 1990{\crq}s, and in accordance with a scenario of social reforms, work began on the creation of three interrelated and relatively independent systems {--} the systems of social insurance, state social support, and social assistance. What is substantial for this system to function properly is the relationship between the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, as the highest umbrella body that manages, directs methodically and controls the administration performance in a relevant sector (insurance, support or care) and all the other subsidiary bodies of the entire social security system involved in covering a given agenda. For that reason, it was also necessary to establish necessary institutions and institutes for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives. The objective of this paper is to map the valid legislation related to public service in the social sector, to analyze any changes in the legislation related to public service in the social sector and to define the advantages and disadvantages of these legislative changes. The method of analysis of secondary sources and the content analysis of data covering the public service in the social sector were chosen for the practical part of this paper. An analysis, a synthesis and a comparison were made of documents from the sectors of public service, social security, insurance, state social support, and social care with emphasis laid on the legislation related to the reform of public service in the social sector. The results have shown that the current form of the public service in the social sector encompassed, through legislative changes, all the needs of citizens to the maximum possible extent. The reform measures have also led to improvements in the accessibility of institutions for citizens and, thanks to powers delegated to the municipalities with extended powers, institutions are more accessible. However, the results point to certain drawbacks brought about by the social reform; these drawbacks must be removed trough legislative changes in the course of the ongoing reform.

Y chromosome in the mouse hybrid zone
Rubík, Pavel ; Munclinger, Pavel (advisor) ; Zemanová, Barbora (referee)
The contact zone between subspecies of house mouse Mus musculus musculus and Mus musculus domesticus is one of the most intensively studied hybrid zones. It is also due to extensive introgression of the Y chromosome of M. m. musculus subspecies to the genetic background of M. m. domesticus. One theory of the origin of the introgression explains it by intragenomic conflict between the sexes. With a set of variable microsatellite markers on the Y chromosome, I have examined the validity of this theory by simple approaches revealing the history of the introgression area. It turned out that overly big variability of our markers makes the revelation of this theory impossible. Our markers have been found suitable for use in the analysis of population structure of house mouse. Thanks to them, we can identify migrants between localities and estimate the level of closeness of the population structure in relation to migrants from the neighborhood. Populations in our analysis proved to be relatively closed and resistant to the influx of migrants. Despite the conclusions of previous research where the dispersion of males ran up to one kilometer, I have discovered a relatively large number of migrations to a distance of thirty kilometers.
