Planetarium with coffee

Thesis on "Planetarium with coffee" is processed in the form of project documentation for construction. The proposed facility is designed as a two-storeyed without basement with the main ground plan dimensions of 52,8 x 27,47 m and is located near the village Lošov close to Olomouc. The building is operationally divided into a part intended for public entrance and a part for operation and maintenance. Loadbearing structural system is reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton based on monolithic reinforced concrete foundation footings. Ceiling structure consists of reinforced concrete, monolithic, locally supported, cross reinforced floor slab. Vertical external walls are made of ceramic blocks with contact thermal insulation system. Part of the front rounded facade is designed as glass fronted. The building is covered by a warm flat roof. Roof cladding consists of vegetation layers, walkable terrace or non-walkable structure of roof cladding. The planetarium itself is covered by a reinforced concrete dome with a thermal insulation layer of plates of foamed glass. Fillings of doors and windows are made of aluminum profiles with isolating triple glazing. The building meets the requirements for barrier-free use of buildings.
Multipurpose facility Olomouc

This thesis is focused on designing a new multipurpose building with parts used for apartments, administration offices and a bar. The land, which the building is situated on, is located in the city of Olomouc. The structure consist of five above-ground floors and one underground floor, where a garage is designed. The vertical supporting construction are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete columns, the horizontal of reinforced concrete cast-in-place boards, other vertical walls are made of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The roof is warm flat.
Youth Apartment Building

The aim of this thesis is the design of an youth apartment building in the range of designing the documentation for building construction. The building is situated on the flat plot no. 873/21 in the cadastral area „Horní Heršpice“ 612065. In the building there is 42 rooms, 2 wheelchair-accessible rooms and 4 student apartments. The capacity of the building is designed to accommodate 86 students under 18 years and 16 students older than 18 years. In the building there is also a dining room, a library, a fitness room and a gym for free time. It is partly a two-storey and partly a four-storey building without a basement, roofed by a flat roof. Masonry is designed from clay blocks and floor slab is designed by a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor structure.
Block of flats

Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the design documentation of a block of flats. The block of flats is supposed to be situated in South Moravia, Znojmo district, in Olbramovice village, cadastral area no. 709930 – Olbramovice u Moravskeho Krumlova. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact thermal insulation system. Vertical constructions are designed from the Porotherm structural system. Horizontal constructions are designed as reinforced concrete structure. Foundation structures are designed from concrete. The object is roofed with a warm flat roof. The object has four floors. On the ground floor is technical hinterland and also one flat is designed to be barrier-free. The other floors are individual flats. There are ten flats in the building. Five flats have their own loggia and two flats have terrace. The building is newly built and it has a L-shaped plan.
Viticulture

Thesis Theme is newly VITICULTURE. The building is divided into three operating units - restaurant operations, operation of the pension and viticulture operations. The building is set into the sloping terrain. The building has two floors and a basement. The building is designed from the system POROTHERM with reinforced concrete ceiling construction. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat roof, part of the winery is stabilized gravel, part of the hotel and restaurant is single-layer flat roof vegetation.

Diploma thesis "Block of flats" is processed in the form of project documentation for the construction, according to valid standards and regulations. Residential house is designed as a four-storey building with warm flat roof. It is a detached house on flat terrain. There is a workshop, storage and technical facilities of the building on the first floor, in the other floors are located 8 dwelling units. The whole building is made of the sand-lime brick blocks and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is based on reinforced concrete strip foundations. Material and structural solutions were chosen so that the object is approaching to the passive standard. The project also includes specialization of the diploma thesis processing at the Institute of building services
Hostel

The aim of this thesis is to develop design documents for building construction. This project deals with a new building of student hostel in Ostrava – distrikt Zábřeh nad Odrou. The new building is designed to accommodate students for year - round occupancy. There is a dining room use for staying students in the building, and students from nearby schools as well. They is also a gym, table tennis room, and multimedia classrooms available for students. House is situated on flat land. This bulding has four floors and one underground floor. The building is made of ceramics brigs blocks systém called Porotherm, underground brickwork from concrete breeze blocks, ceiling is made of pre-tensioned panel Spiroll and the type of the roof is warm flat roof.
Kindergarten

The thesis deals with design of kindergarten in Habry. The building is designed with 2 floors. On the first floor are two sections (for 20 children each) and rooms for technical equipment. Headquarters of school, speech therapy clinic, multifunctional room and two rooms for recreational course are situated on the second floor. Kindergarten is design of lightweight concrete system, external wall with ventilated cladding of cement-bonded particleboard. It is built with warm flat roof and the building is based on strip foundations.
Apartment building

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the design documentation of an apartment building.The building is situated in the town of Hustopeče, on the Generála Peřiny street. There are three floors and one underground floor in the house. The upper floors serve as residental units and the underground floor accommodates cellars and garages. The building is roofed by a warm flat roof.
Kindergarten

This thesis describes the design of a kindergarten in Novy Jicin. It is a detached building on a large and gently sloping land. Visually, kindergarten divided into three parts and it is on two-storey part of themselves compartment attached with two-storey in the middle part. The building has a rugged design (form L-shaped). The building is brick sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation system, based upon the strips foundation, nobasement and covered with a warm flat roof. In the single-storey part there is the only MS (max. 25 children). In the middlesection of two-storey there is a main part of kindergarden on the first floor and kindergarten facilities located on the second floor there is a small department with special classes (max. 10 children). The layout of the building is consistent with the operation of kindergartens, fulfill the requirements for barrier-free use, safety, fire resistance and overall stability. The building includes parking for 15 cars. The work includes project documentation for the construction and specialization.
