Destructive methods of control of welding joints
Kopecký, Lukáš ; Richter, Tomáš (referee) ; Vaněk, Mojmír (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis, the form of a literature review, discusses destructive inspection of welded joints. Using literary study of the issue, there are presented actual methods of destructive testing. The main aim of research is focused on describing the basic principles of the various destructive tests, their procedures, preparation of test samples and subsequent evaluation and comparison tests.
The welding manipulator
Janeček, Tomáš ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Řezníček, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with construction task of welding manipulator which will serve for simplification of production of pressure tank for Eurom´s machine Ecovac. This thesis include conceptual design of manipulator, calculation of important parts like shaft, pivot, wheel, bearing and choice of motor. The drawing documentation is based on technical report. All used pictures are exported from Solid Edge ST6, where were created all construction works.
Welding technology and assembly of bifurcation
Keprt, Michal ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
Aim of this work is design and manufacturing welding technology of bifurcation. For structural design and control of static calculation using the finite element method was used SolidWorks ® 2013. Material of bifurcation parts was designed S 355 J2, which is able to withstand a given load. In the design of technology of welding there was elected MAG-welding method, with the active gas mixture Ar +18% CO2. Additive material for welding will be OK Autrod 12.51, like it‘s marked by ESAB s.r.o. For each weld is necessary to create the welding edge, which is made on CNC machining center. In the production we require strict adherence to the prescribed workflow and compliance with WPS protocol. After welding we will make weld test, visual examination, dye penetrant and ultrasonic examination.
Comparison of hand and orbital welding by TIG method
Dušek, Vojtěch ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
DUŠEK VOJTĚCH: Comparison of hand and orbital welding by TIG method This bachelor thesis presents a comparison of manual and orbital TIG welding. It describes the advantages and disadvantages of manual and orbital TIG welding. Mechanical properties, surface structure and heat input on the weld samples were experimentally compared. Thesis also includes technical-economic comparison of these two methods of welding.
Influence of welding parameters on angular distortion of weld
Crla, Tobiáš ; Vaněk, Mojmír (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to qualify influence of welding parameters on angular distortion of weld. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical part and experimental part. The theoretical part is focused on solving causes of origin of tension and distortion during welding and on analysis of these causes. After the mentioned analysis there are also described solutions, how to prevent the potential origin of distortion and tension or how to proceed when these two phenomenas happen after all. In another section of this thesis there is term mentioned - method of welding MIG/MAG, because welding method is also affecting the origin of distortion and tension. Since this thesis is focused on angular distortion, there are theoretically described processes of this distortion and some methods of its assessment. These assessments are implemented also into the experimental part. In this part is practically examined influence of welding parameters on the angular distortion of weld on simple weldments. The measured values were compared to calculated values because of accuracy of measurement and verification of these values.
The influence of the deformation process throats on air tanks
Osička, Ondřej ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Mouralová, Kateřina (advisor)
The bachelor deals with deformation throats during the production for automotive in-dustry.Work consists of two parts, the first part describes the air tanks manufacturing pro-cess and in the second part is describes the throats deformation process, which was experi-mentally examined. There is also an analysis of the results and an optimal process directly in practice.
New aspects of MIG/MAG welding
Týn, Zbyněk ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the latest welding technology MIG / MAG. Between which such us method of Cold Metal Transfer or Advanced CMT. These new techniques are mainly used for welding thin sheets. They integrate gradually into the connecting of various types materials and also bulky welded structures. All of this is demonstrated thanks to the management and control of the welding process.
Welding characteristic of source Omicron Gama 160
Koudela, Michal ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the welding properties of the Omicron Gama 160 inverter power supply. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the experimental parts; the theoretical part deals with the electric arc and the division and description of welding power supplies, especially the Omicron Gama 160. In addition it describes the issues of the selection of suitable electrode and welding parameters and the definitions of the most frequent welding defects including the procedures to prevent them. The second part consists of the experimental verification of the suitable electrode and welding parameters selection. On the basis of the experiment there were elaborated the welding procedure specifications (WPS). The experiment verified that the Omicron Gama 160 power supply is a machine with good price/performance ratio, suitable e. g. for assembly and welding works in a home workshop.
Welding of stainless steels in food industry
Staněk, Vít ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The work, created in the bachelor degree, is engaged in welding technology food containers, namely CTK. There are some technologies with their advantages, disadvantages and specifications for welding stainless steels. The selected CTK is given manufacturing process, in the experiment were created welds, which are evaluated and WPS.
