The quantitative part of the research is realized by support of two types of questionnairies. First questionnaire is so called basic questionnairie which is to find out basic data information about family and child. The other questionnaires were focused on measuring life quality. The life quality measuring was done by support of questionnaires PedsQL?. There were three modules of this questionnaire used: PedsQL? 4.0 Generic Core Scales, PedsQL? 2.0 Family Impact module and PedsQL? 3.0 Cerebral Palsy Module. The set was created by total of 115 families, from that 34 families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, 42 families with children with children cerebral palsy and 39 families with healthy children (as a control group). There was used half-structured interview in the quality part with the same parents with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and parents with childre with children cerebral palsy. Objectives 1 and 2: From the passporting of services is clear that there is a lack of social services that could be used by families with children with autism spectrum disorder. In addition, existing social services have full capacities. Objectives 3 and 4: In the quantitative part of the research, the evaluation of the PedsQL? 2.0 Family Impact Module, 4.0 generic Core Scales and 3.0 Cerebral Palsy module questionnaires revealed that the opinions of children and parents are generally the same, only in some areas parents are more critical. The results also showed that the quality of life according to PedsQLTM 4.0 generic module in children with cerebral palsy is significantly lower than the quality of life of children from the control sample of the intact population, both according to the evaluation of them and their parents. Furthermore, it was found that the quality of life of families of children with cerebral palsy is also significantly lower according to PedsQLTM 2.0 than in families of healthy children, while they do not differ in the time horizon. From the point of view of PedsQL? 3.0 cerebral palsy, it can be noted that the biggest problem for children with cerebral palsy is in the area of daily activities. Objectives 5 and 6: Families have to wait a long time for vacancies in social services. There is a lack of services in the South Bohemian Region that could be used by families with children with autism spectrum disorder. These families lack all services from early care to residential services. Families of children with cerebral palsy mainly lack residential services, such as weekly hospitals. Objective 7: The researcher proposes the establishment of centers that would use coordinated rehabilitation. However, the basis is the enactment of coordinated rehabilitation in the CzechRepublic. Furthermore, psychological support is important, which should start after the birth of a child with a disability, or immediately after the discovery of a disability.

Perception of the female role in a group of women with an autism spectrum disorder
VLČKOVÁ, Pavla
This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic " Perception of the female role in a group of women with an autism spectrum disorder". The reason for choosing this topic is the absence of knowledge. The aim of this thesis is to fill this gap and bring new knowledge that might help in education and general approach to people with an autism spectrum disorder. The thesis also brings a view of adolescent women on their approach to the female role. What symbolizes the female role. How do they relate the female role to their person. The research was carried out using a qualitative strategy, a method of interviews with adolescent women and their mothers. The interviews were studied, and their connections were evaluated. The information obtained showed that adolescent women with autism spectrum disorder are extremely influenced in the perception of the female role by their mothers, as mothers were brought up according to a long-standing grounded stereotype. I can assume that the obtained information may be a benefit to mothers of adolescent women with autism spectrum disorder in the future. It also can make mothers do not act so much according to the grounded stereotype and leave their teenage daughters the opportunity to form their own view of the female role.

NOVOTNÁ, Kristýna
The bachelor thesis aims to analyse, what social services are used by families with children suffering from autistic spectrum disorders (ASD). The study is divided into two parts - theory and research. The initial theoretical part is further separated into four chapters. The first chapter defines ASD as it is, the second one follows with focus on the issue of ASD in the context of the family. The third chapter relates to the social services offered to these families and in the last chapter a description of the social security, which is intended for these families, is outlined. According to the theoretical framework, a qualitative research strategy, a polling method, and a semi-structured interview technique were chosen to achieve the given objective of the thesis. For the research purposes, families with children aged between 6 and 18 suffering from ASD and simultaneously using the social services, were selected. The interviews were conducted with a total of eight informants, some of whom were from the author´s wider family and others were selected using the snowball method. Subsequently, the interviews were exactly rewritten and evaluated using the open coding method and the pencil - paper technique. This bachelor thesis can be used as study material or as feedback, especially for organisations in which families with children suffering from ASD use the social services. Through the research, the thesis identifies that parents of the children suffering from ASD use five specific social services that help them either to use their free time for themselves to rest or to take care for other family members. Without social services, families would hardly imagine their day-to-day life, which is very demanding because of the ASD disease.
