Borková, Kristýna
In my thesis I was focused on the species spectrum of weeds in these crops – cabbage, pumpkins and potatoes. The observation was carried out in a company Zahradnictví Brabec located in Modřice, not far from Brno. I performed the evaluation on the basis of numerical method and statistics, using the ordination diagram to show the results. Most frequently in crops were Pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus), Common lambsquarters (Chenopodium album) and Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense). These three weeds occured in all crops in large quantities. The most weeds were in pumpkin growthand the least weeds were in cabbage.

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of straw management in combination with soil cultivation and the influence of crop rotation on the weed infestation of spring barley. Weed infestation evaluation was carried out on the experimental plot in cadastral area of village Ivanovice na Hané. On the experimental parcels the number of weeds was evaluated per 1 m2. In comparison with variants of crop rotation, was founded a higher weed infestation in the variant of rotation between the variant of cultivation of spring barley and winter wheat. From the point of view of straw management in combination with soil cultivation, the highest weed infestation were in variants of straw burning and the rotation of cereal crop with phacelia tanacetifolia The most common weeds were Fallopia convolvulus, Chenopodium album, Veronica persica, Lamium amplexicaule and Veronica polita.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to analys the spectrum of species and the abundance of weed infestation on the fields of Agra Horní Dunajovice, Ltd., The analysis was made in two kinds of crops: winter wheat and winter rapeseed after various pre-crop. The counting method was used for evalution. In winter wheat was found 25 weed species. Lower number of weed species were identified in winter rapeseed and the number was 14. In both crops were most common kinds of weeds species the winter weed species. The most cammon arable weeds were Cammon field-speedwell (Veronica persica), Shepherd’s-purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris), Cleavers (Galium aparine), Flixweed (Descurainia sophia), Field pansy (Viola arvensis).
Plevele v máku setém a možnosti jejich regulace
Olexa, Michal
ABSTRACT The aim of my final bachelor thesis on the basis of a literary overview, was to find out what are the most important types of weeds in vegetation of opium poppy and how to interfere them effectively. There are two type of options, a chemical (by using herbicides) or a mechanical. Mechanical regulation is not feasible either with normally intermedia distance because most of agronoms use chemical way to defence weeds in vegetation of opium poppy. Chemical treatment can be done premergently or post-emergence. Herbicides registered directly for use in poppy are not, because the poppy is not a very important crop. However, herbicides originally intended, for example, for use in maize have been identified. Important is when the app is used. It´s good to start with regulation of weeds when they start to growth. In the vegetation of opium poppy is a big space for a lot of species of weeds.

The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the weed infestation of selected field crops on the lands of the agricultural cooperative Klenovice na Hané. The monitoring was carried out from the end of summer 2016 until the beginning of autumn 2017. The selected crops were the most grown ones, barley (Hordeum vulgare), common wheat (Triticum aestivum), rapeseed (Brassica napus var. napus), maize (Zea mays) and sugar beet (Beta vulgaris subsp. vulgaris convar. vulgaris var. altissima). The investigation of weed infestation of field crops was carried out during fieldwork using numerical method and the delineation of 1 m2 with following processing using canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). Mostly were found these kinds of weeds Apera spica-venti, Atriplex patula, Brassica napus var. napus, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Cirsium arvense, Descurainia sophia, Elytrigia repens, Galium aparine, Chenopodium album and Tripleurospermum inodorum.

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the occurrence of weeds in the winter wheat field at the field experimental station in Žabcice, depending on the technology of cultivation and on the preceding crop being cultivated. Weed infestation was evaluated using a numerical method on an area of 1m2. As a variant of soil preparation, conventional, minimizing and direct sowing technologies were used. Preceding crops for winter wheat were alfalfa and maize for silage. The evaluation took place in the years 2017-2018. The statistical processing of the evaluation of the number of individuals of all species in the winter wheat field was performed using the Statistica.cz computer software. In order to determine the effect of the observed factors on the weed species which occurred in the field experiments, multivariate analysis of ecological data was performed by using the Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA). In addition, Redundancy Analysis (RDA) and Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) were used. The results show that cultivation technology and preceding crops affect weed species spectrum.
