Residential Building

The Bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation in the municipality Hutisko – Solanec. The project documentation and attachments are processed according to the current legislation, regulations and standards. The apartment building is situated on a parcel 362/1, which falls within the cadastral area of Hutisko – Solanec. The land is linked to the transport and technical infrastructure. This apartment building consists of four residential units. Each unit is designed for housing of 4 to 5 people. In the basement there are parking spaces for each apartment one. The ground area of the building is 308 square meters. The supporting structure is designed from the POROTHERM. The building is covered by an arched roof and the supporting structure consists of trusses. The apartment building is situated on a land slope and is embedded into it.

Domestic Building Without Barrier

Subject of the solution bachelor´s thesis is new building without barrier domestic building. It is two floors building made out of construction system Porotherm with monolithic ferronconcrete ceilings and flat roof. First floor is used for accommodation disabled people and there are four apartments with terrace. Second floor is used for accommodation two smaller families and there are two apartments with balconies. Building is located in sloping terrain in the development area of new houses in Chomutov in area of Alum Lake.

Low energy detached house

The thesis deals with design of low-energy, single-storied house without cellar and with residential attic. The building is covered with a saddle roof with slope of 24 degrees. Construction material mainly consists of a ceramic system POROTHERM with heated circumference wall. House consists of one housing unit of category 4 +1.
