Bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the economy of the municipality Chlumec nad Cidlinou in chosen time from 2011 up to 2016. Thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines objectives and methodology of thesis. The second part includes theoretical bases. The thirds part contains basic information about the municipality, analysis of the current condition and evaluation of the economy of the municipality. In the fourth part are presented own proposals to improve the economy of the municipality.

Evalution Economy of Municipality Strelna

The diploma thesis deals with financial management of municipality Střelná in the years 2012 – 2016. This thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part presents theoretical basis involving theory, classification and everything associated with local government in the Czech Republic including the budget of municipality and its financing. The practical part is dedicated to the detailed analysic of the incomes and expenses of municipal budget with a subsequent evaluation of operating and capital management. Also is performed a calculation of the proportion of municipality to national revenue from shared taxes. In the end of diploma thesis, there will be proposing of municipality budget for calendar year 2017 and medium-term financial plan for the following two-years period.

Evaluation of the Municipality Management of the City Uherský Brod

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue evaluation of management of city Uherský Brod in the years 2008 to 2011. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge on communities, budgetary system and municipal budget. The second part deals with the basic charakteristics about city Uherský Brod, next deals with budget analysis of city, so comparison of income and expenditure for the last four years economy. The third part contains own proposed solutions to improve the management of the above city.

Evaluation design of civil airports effectivity indices

Introductory part of this thesis concludes the development of air traffic, division of airports in the Czech Republic according to the Ministry of Transport, according to the Law on Civil Aviation and according to the Coding of the airports (Requirement L 14). The aim was to realize theoretical definition and division of output and economic indicators. After that comes choice of appropriate airports from the European Union. The choice has been made on the basis of the number of check-in passengers at the airport in Prague-Ruzyně. Eight most suitable airports have been chosen from all twenty-seven member countries of the EU. The following step is comparative analysis of these chosen airports on the basis of specified output and economic indicators for the years 2005-2009. The year 2010 has not been included, because the chosen airports did not complete their annual reports, balances and statements of profit and loss. From these sources the values for calculation of individual indicators have been chosen. These indicators have been shown in charts, evaluated by means of graphs in Excel Programme and further they have been characterized in words. The aim of the thesis was also the evaluation and comparison of output and economic indicators of effectiveness and after evaluation, proposal of methods of evaluations has followed.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Selected Public Corporation

Focus of this bachelor thesis is on financial and economic efficiency of city Vyškov during years 2012 to 2016. Firstly, theoretical analysis states fundamental concepts concerning the local council. Secondly, the analytical section offers description of the city, analysis of approved and actual budgets and historical development of income, expenses and other key metrics. Lastly, based on the latter section, a set of policies that result in an increase of financial and economic efficiency as well as development of services offered to the public, are presented.

This thesis is focused on the financing of a selected municipality in the context of shared tax revenues, subsidies and administrative fees. Municipalities, such as public corporations, can have their own assets and manage their own budgets. The present is full of high demands on municipalities in terms of procedures in the decision-making process, compliance with laws and internal regulations, which are also described in the work. The thesis then deals with financing in a specific municipality. The aim of the work was to analyze the possibilities of financing the municipality, including the impact of the tax package on both the revenue and expenditure side of the budget.
