Financial Situation Evaluation and Proposals to its Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on the financial analysis of the company DECRO Bzenec. This analysis is done by means of selected methods. Based on the financial statements, a financial analysis is performed over six years, from 2009 to 2014. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the theoretical background to a certain issue is analysed. The second part consists of the general characteristics of the company and financial analysis. The last part of the thesis is focused on some suggestions how to improve the financial situation of the company.

The goal of thesis is evaluation of investment project of STAMACO engineering Ltd. on the basis of chosen methods of evaluation of investment project including formulation of recommendation regarding the implementation. The first part is dedicated to the theoretical background, the next part concerns elementary methods aplication, after that follows assessment financial position of this company during the period 2010 – 2012 including formulation of reccommendation for improvement in problem areas.

The Evaluation of the Financial Situation’s Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Velum, s.r.o. during the five years between 2006 – 2009. The results are based on the company’s financial statements from the period under consideration. The purpose of this thesis is to make the evaluation of the financial situation and to try to suggest some specific precautions for improving the current financial situation of the company. The whole thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is based on clear theory, which is important for the overall understanding of the financial analysis, in the practical part, I analyse the financial situation of the company by various instruments of financial analysis.

Bachelor thesis assess a financial healt of the company Autosalon, a.s., in the period from 2005 to 2007 on the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. Thesis has two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the teoretical part are explained the basic topics and access to financial analysis. The practical part is focused on assessment of a financial situation of the company by means of partial analysis. At the end there are presented overall evaluation of a financial situation of the company and recommendations leading to improvement in problematic areas.
