Improvement of drilling technology of flange for a submersible electric motor
Veselský, Radim ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is introduction of existing drilling technology, assessment of existing technologies and design combined step–drilling tool. The first part of the bachelor’s thesis describes existing drilling technology, drilling tools and drilling machines. The second part of the bachelor’s thesis describes workpiece and existing technological process of its production. The last part of bachelor’s thesis consists of design of new step–drilling combined tool and its implementation to new technological process.
CNC Router For PC
Gerják, Rastislav
Both additive and subtractive manufacturing methods are controlled by instructions in Gcode, making it possible to utilize both technologies in one modular device. Main objective is to design, construct, and calibrate multipurpose machine based on RepRap 3D printer, which will be able to use attached spindle to precisely mill light materials. Particular emphasis is given to ability to carve a pattern and drill holes in plated substrate in order to create functional PCB by incision.
Design and implementation of control applications capable to connect laboratory MES system
Dušek, Jakub ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to understand the ISA-95 standard and the manufacturing executing system (MES) based on this standard. Control application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is then created and applied on a school device model. The thesis explains the ISA-95 standard and its influence on MES. The division and functions of MES according to ISA-95 are further described and explained. The theoretical part, the application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is implemented on a drill model, simulating a segment of drilling. Structure of the software has been implemented in a way to correspond to the requirements given by MES and to be easily built upon.
Order tracking for atypical drilling tools
Chuchma, Tomáš ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is aimed at monitoring the phases of contract over a period of time in a chosen engineering company. The contract is atypical and differs from the contracts for usual serial products. The contract is monitored throughout all phases, from its acceptance by a customer until the end phase, namely the delivery of the product to the end client. An analysis of the complexity of the contract and a proposal for improvement are presented.
Design of working arm for threading machine
Řezníček, Marek ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to propose the construction of working arm threading / drilling. Working arm provides "its" vertical position of the tool axis in the working range and reduces the force effect of cutting forces and weight. The work includes 3D models and drawings, including the calculation of the components.
Cutting tools for deep drilling and their use in practice
Sedlář, Jiří ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with tools for drilling deep holes. The first part is focused on the basic description of the drilling process, sorting the tools according to their construction and last but not least, sorting of the systems used for deep drilling. In the theses is further elaborated an overview of materials for the production of cutting tools and ways of coating, which are used the most nowadays. There is a constant development in coating, because of the better mechanical, physical and chemical properties in this field. The last part is dedicated to the definition of the tools for deep drilling and their use in practice.
Drilling tools and their use
Němeček, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
Bachelor thesis focused on theme Tools for drilling and its use deals with characteristics of drilling tools, method characteristics, description of materials suitable for drilling tools and securing sortiment at tool producers.
A Rating of training units in boys basketball by category of U14
Mašková, Veronika ; Velenský, Michael (advisor) ; Kaprálek, Tomáš (referee)
Title: A Rating of training units in boys basketball by category of U14. Objective: Preparation, implementation and evaluation of basketball training units starting by U14 categories. The training units focus on a drill, training game and fitness training following by blending these three components. Methods: Preparing these training units I have used the professional basketball literature. This bachelor work is based on quantitative way of research. The raiting of training units was analyzed by the players of U14 category. Results: The following results were recorded according to the research. among the most popular training unit is the training games or the blending of game training with the drill and fitness training. The drill itself was rated as the worst training process. Key words: Rating, basketball, training process, drill, training game, fitness training.
The Communicative Approach to Second Language Teaching in Current Textbooks of Czech for Foreigners
Valková, Jarmila ; Šebesta, Karel (advisor) ; Hádková, Marie (referee) ; Škodová, Svatava (referee)
The Communicative Approach to Second Language Teaching in Current Textbooks of Czech for Foreigners Jarmila Valková Abstract The general part of the thesis reviews the background, current understanding and key principles of the Communicative Approach to second language teaching with regard to their foundation in the Direct Oral Method. The objective, usual teaching techniques and textbook components of Communicative Language Teaching are compared to the ones used in the Grammar-Translation Method to show the essential difference between the direct and indirect language approaches to language acquisition and their implications for the character of textbook components. The research part of the thesis examines selected textbooks of Czech as a second language which are supposed to epitomise the following tendencies in the area of contemporary writing of textbooks of Czech for foreigners: a) consistent use of the strategies and textbook components based on the Grammar- Translation Method, b) eclectic application of Grammar-Translation strategies and components together with certain features of the Communicative Approach, c) coherent implementation of the Communicative Approach with related techniques and textbook components. Existence of the above mentioned tendencies in current textbooks of Czech as a second...
