Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sledování průběhu zakázky ve vybrané strojírenské firmě. Zakázka se svými požadavky od zákazníka liší svou atypičností oproti sériově vyráběným výrobkům. Zakázka je sledována od podání poptávky zákazníkem, až po expedici hotových výrobků zákazníkovi. Je předložen rozbor náročnosti zakázky a návrh na zlepšení. This bachelor thesis is aimed at monitoring the phases of contract over a period of time in a chosen engineering company. The contract is atypical and differs from the contracts for usual serial products. The contract is monitored throughout all phases, from its acceptance by a customer until the end phase, namely the delivery of the product to the end client. An analysis of the complexity of the contract and a proposal for improvement are presented.
