Methodology for specific cloud certifications

The master thesis deals with the topic of cloud certifications. Its main goal is to create a methodological material for the National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NUKIB) and the general public, which summarizes the basic differences between the most important cloud certifications and compares with the European Cloud Certification Scheme – Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services (EUCS). The thesis defines basic concepts related to cloud computing, introduces individual cloud schemes (EUCS, SOC 2, C5, eGovernment cloud), key players in the field of cloud computing regulation and certification and the most important cloud service providers. Subsequently, a practical comparison of the presented cloud certifications is made and some impacts of the adoption of EUCS are analysed. The selected differences will serve as a source for further decision making for the NUKIB when working with the EUCS scheme.

The diploma thesis focuses on the development of business actvities of the company FreOn Services s.r.o., which runs its own concept of ice cream with fruit in ice cream carts with their brand „Tak trochu jiná točená“. The diploma thesis discusses a development of business activities in a form of creating documentation for an expansion of the concept of draft ice cream full of fruit through franchising and forming of model franchises.

Social farming - Possibilities of certification of social farm

In the literature review of this diploma thesis, the reader will first learn about the history of Czech agriculture. Subsequently, they will get acquainted with the concept of social agriculture, its historical development and function in the Czech Republic and in selected European countries. The text also describes the structure of social farming farms, target groups and institutions supporting the activities of social agriculture. The next part describes the possibilities of certification, labelling and control of products of social agriculture, as well as organic farming. At the end of the theoretical part, the production of eco-logical and social agriculture is mentioned. The main objective of the thesis is to focus on the possibilities of certification, labelling and control within social agriculture in the Czech Republic, which is based on a questionnaire survey and direct interviews.

Vnímání fair trade produktů studenty ZF JU

This bachelor thesis finds out what is the awareness of fair trade among students of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and it also finds out what students know about fair trade and how they perceive it. The literature overview contains the necessary information to get acquainted with the fair trade idea and the movement itself, and in addition there is a theory of marketing research. The part with my own work contains hypotheses and results of a questionnaire survey, which was conducted among students of the already mentioned faculty.

Social farming - possibilities of certification, labelling and control of production

In the literature review, the bachelor thesis first deals with agriculture in the Czech Republic, the history and main functions of agriculture. The most important part is to get acquainted with the concept of social farming, its development and function not only in the Czech Republic but also in other European countries. The next part of the text describes the farm processing of agricultural products and, last but not least, a description of certification, labelling and control of products, both in social farming and in organic farming. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the perception of certification, labeling and control of social farming products based on a questionnaire survey and interviews with selected target groups.

The system of quality costs management in the chosen company

The aim of the diploma thesis is an analysis of the current situation of the system of quality costs management in the chosen company and propose suggestions to improve this system. For my diploma thesis I have chosen company Ging, s.r.o. The theoretical part contains basic information about quality, quality management, management concepts and quality costs. The practical part is primarily focused on the quality costs including the implementation and maintenance of quality management.
