Lamař, Filip. Proposal of appropriate strategy for insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of suitable strategies for the insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and own research). In the first part, the literature review, theoretical knowledge is interpreted as well as conclusions from studied literary sources in the field of study, which are subsequently used in the second part of the thesis. In the second part, the own research, the analysis of the external and internal environment of the discussed company are realized. The analysis identifies opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The result of the thesis is the proposal of suitable strategy using the SWOT matrix, from which is one strategy selected and evaluated.

The aim of this thesis is to design a strategy for a Business hotel. It will be based on the analysis of external and internal environment, where will be used the company data. The design strategy will lead to increased competitiveness as well as greater occupancy of hotel rooms. PESTE analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis will be used to analyse the external environment. The analysis of the internal environment will be based on the company data. This list of external and internal factors will then be used for further investigation. In the thesis it will be used EFE and IFE Matrix. Then the SWOT analysis will be created. Then with this SWOT analysis will be design a strategy that will improve some hotel processes and increase occupancy of hotel rooms. The design strategy will be economically evaluated.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to draw up the plan to increase client’s contentment and increase attendance of Cottage settlement and Campsite Danaj. Before devising SWOT analysis, the analysis of external and internal environment were made and questionnaire survey was applied as a marketing research. At last, strategies to increase client’s contentment and attendance of this accommodation facility were made. The strategy of providing accommodation in winter with propagation on website and Facebook account was chosen.

The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a marketing and business strategy for the company Prádelna Brno. In the first part of the thesis there is a literary research where the basic concepts related to the selected topic are described. In the second part of the thesis is used the analysis of the external and internal environment. External environment factors are determined by using SLEPT analysis and 3C analysis. Components of the indoor environment are explored through the enhanced 7P marketing mix. In addition, there was a questionnaire survey among potential customers of Laundry and an in-depth interview with the owner of the company. From the results of all previous analyses is created SWOT matrix. The result is the design of strategies to help the company successfully do business and develop in the given field and to improve the company's position in a competitive environment.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to design a strategy for INGOTRANS spol., s.r.o. com-pany by analysing external and internal environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on literature, in which are named and described important defini-tions and methods of strategic management. In the result part is external envi-ronment explored by PESTE analysis and Porter Value Chain. The internal envi-ronment is explored by Marketing Mix 7P. Based on the results of the analyses are threats, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths lined up into EFE and IFE ma-trix. The factors are lined up in SWOT matrix and one of them is chosen to realiza-tion. The selected strategy by the company is economically evaluated.

This diploma thesis focuses on making General recommendations for Czech engineering companies to enter the Mexican market. Thesis analyzes data, which are about the current situation on Mexican market, according to PESTE analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis. The thesis also deals with terms of Czech companies for the market penetration by using the matrix GE, EFE and SPACE. The final finding is, that companies should enter the market patiently with help of business partner of business agent.

The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of marketing and business strate-gies for the firm Delong Instruments a.s. In the first part of the thesis there is a literary research, where the basic terms related to the chosen topic are found. The next part analyzes the external and internal environments using STEPE and 3C analysis. 4P analysis was also used to investigate the internal environment. A questionnaire survey was used among potential customers of Delong Instru-ments. On the basis of previous analysis, questionnaire surveys and in-depth in-terviews with the authorized employees of the company, I compiled a SWOT matrix and other partial strategies. These strategies should help the company to improve its market position.

The goal of this thesis is to propose a strategy for further development of the company Figarostav. Theoretical background for the thesis is introduced in the first part of the work. The second part implements analyses of internal and external environment. SLEPTE and Porter’s Five Forces analyses are used for external and 7S analysis for internal analysis. Based on these analyses are identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Acquired factors are arranged into the SWOT analysis and final strategies are later determined. The chosen strategy is economically evaluated and prepared for an implementation to serve the specific needs of the company.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a strategy that will increase the traffic of Aderanna Fashion shop. This strategy will be created by analyzing the enterprise's internal and external environment. In the literary research, the concepts of strategic management are explained. In the result part, the company is de-scribed, the questionnaire survey is evaluated and the external and internal environment of the company analyzed. Subsequently, the opportunities and threats that affect the store are identified, and its strengths and weaknesses are assessed. These factors are unified in the SWOT matrix, partial strategies are formulated and one final strategy is economically evaluated.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on a suggestion of the strategy which will help to increase the attendance of the Czech insurance company branch office located in the IBC center in Brno. There were done two marketing researches and mystery shopping in the branch offices of the competitors in order to analyse the current situation. Based on the information from researches were analysed internal environment, external environment and SWOT analysis defining strong parts, weak parts, opportunities and threats. These bases were used for the proposal of the strategy which was calculated to find out its profitability.
