The bachelor thesis deals with design of steel supporting structure of storage hall located in Vyškov. The hall has span of 36 m, length 48 m and inside height 6 m. The structure is made as purlin system with gable roof truss frames. Distance of frames is 6 m. Frames are made of doubled L profiled beams, conected by welding. Purlins consist of IPE and HEA profiled beams. The steel used in the project is S235 except for tension rods which are made of S355 steel. Following software was used while creating the thesis Autocad, Dlubal RFEM 5 and Microsoft Office. Output of this thesis is static calculation, drawings and technical report.

Industrial Building

In this thesis is solved detail design of industrial building. It is a new storage hall and connected to it the two-story office building. Building is located in the production area of factory, on the cadastral area Holice u Olomouce. The purpose of the building is storage and expedition of the products. In areas of an office building is located facilities for staff of hall and office workspace. Handling products in the hall will be performed by a forklift. The building is designed for a capacity of 15 employees. The office building has a load bearing structural system. Walls and ceiling structures are made up of panels of filigree. Foundations, including flooring of the first floor, are constructed from waterproof concrete. The office building is roofed by flat roof. The main supporting structure of the storage hall is designed as precast reinforced concrete frame. Cladding consists of insulating panels. Like in the office building, the hall is roofed by flat roof. Due to anticipate of the differential settlement of the office building and the storage hall parts are separated by a dilatation joint.

The master´s thesis on the topic Storage hall is processed in the form of project documentation for the realization of the new building. This building is projected on a plot 2828/108, 2828/106, 2828/105, 2828/104, 2828/222 and 2828/107 in the cadastral area Brno – Cernovice. This building is adjoined to the existing production hall and is divided into two parts. This parts are storage and administration. The administrative part has two floors and includes office space and hygienic facilities for own employees. The storage part is determined for storing of plastic products.

The diploma‘s thesis solves the realization of the storage hall and the other building operations. There are detailed follow up the technological rules for demolition work, special foundation – drilled piles and assembling of steel construction. The project includes the project of the construction site facilities, machine set, budget, quality of the implementation, time plan and safety.

In this diploma thesis is processed build-up organization of logistics centre in Ostrava. The build-up organization covers the implementation of ground works, foundation constructions and precast concrete framework. Storage hall of logistics centre is based on drilled concrete piles and precast concrete framework makes up main structure. Construction technology project contains time-schedule and financial plan for whole project, time-schedule of construction works, budget, technological standard for precast concrete framework, design of building site accessories, design of machine group, safety plan, check and test plan.

Master thesis high-rack storage area spo - selected parts of ctp covers technological studies throughout the building, the construction division, building and engineering structures, preparation of normal technology, mechanical engineering time and financial plan. Also master thesis focuses more on building a major object of the building, which is the storage, dispatch and administrative part of high-rack storage area spo. Building on this subject is further developed such documentation and other documents that complement and prescribe requirements for faster, easier, safer, better and technologically accurate realization of this phase.

The storage hall

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to design the steel roof structure of storage hall in the area of Třebíč city. The plan dimensions of the structure are rectangural 43.200 x 27.850 m. The height of the structure is 8,150 m. The hall is design with gable roof. The main load bearing structure is comprised by an arch frame. The width of the frame is 24.000 m. The spacing of the frames is 4.200 m. Thje frames are connected with purlins. The longitudal rigidity of the structure is provided by transverse wind braces, purlins and walers. The roof covering is composed of sandwich roof panels laid directly on the purlins. The cladding is composed of sandwich wall panels. Along the storage hall is a covered ramp.
