Design of the Junction from Jihlava to HSR Line
Hrdlička, Šimon ; Janoušek, Jan (referee) ; Dušek, Erik (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the design of a new double-track junction from High-Speed Rail line (HSR) Vysočina from Prague to Jihlava and from Jihlava to Brno for a maximum speed of 160 kph. The thesis also includes junction to the existing railway track Havlíčkův Brod – Jihlava. The design is prepared with an effort to be economical and efficient and also to minimize the influence on the landscape.
Analysis of piezoelectric energy harvester for railway applications
Kubiš, Juraj ; Tofel, Pavel (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with a piezoelectric energy generator, witch is a device that converts mechanical stress into electrical energy. It is small device that is mostly placed on vibrating structures in order to collect energy. By gluing this piezoelectric layer to the bottom of the rail, it would be a suitable power supply for the communication modules, while obtaining a sufficient amount of energy. These modules ale used as self-powered sensors stations with vision to monitor the condition of railway lines in more detail. The problem of these modules is their power supply, when the energy gain from the generators located on the railway line is insufficient. By acquiring a new energy source, this problem can be greatly simplified and lead to simpler inspection and earlier maintenance on railway lines.
HSR (RS42) Design of the Track Section Nova Ves Junction - Louny
Losenický, Miloš ; Janoušek, Jan (referee) ; Dušek, Erik (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is to design a new high-speed line between Nova ves – railway station Louny. Route of HSR is designed only for passenger traffic and for track speed 250 kph. The track section starts by the road II/118. The thesis includes the design of the track junction in front of the railway station Louny with the modification of the existing railway lines and including the design of the exit from the HSR.
Analysis of railway behavior on vehicles effects
Peňázová, Gabriela ; Kala, Jiří (referee) ; Salajka, Vlastislav (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the possibilities of railway track modeling. The computational models were created in ANSYS Classic. Simplified 2D model represents a longitudal half of classic single track construction, 3D models represent classic single track construction and RHEDA 2000 slab track. Static and dynamic response of 2D model was compared with analytical solutions by Timoshenko and Fryba. Static and dynamic responses of 3D models were analyzed and compared.
Moravske Branice - Oslavany Track Speed Increase
Hrdlička, Šimon ; Křemen, Tomáš (referee) ; Říha, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the increase of a track speed in the section Moravske Branice – Oslavany. The thesis attempts to obtain a speed increase by modifying the existing geometric parameters of the track in the scope of the regular maintenance, in some cases even more thorough, yet still not that costly. The assessment of geometric parameters of the track is done according to the standard CSN 73 6360-1. It is also assessed whether the individual railway crossings meet the conditions for the track speed increase. Part of the thesis is also the design of speed for vehicles with a permitted cant deficiency of 130 mm.
Multi-body system of structures with electro-mechanical resonators
Tichý, Jiří ; Lošák, Petr (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis is dealing with creation of computation model of energy harvestors. Harvestors based on translational motion and planar motion were modeled. These models were created in MSC Adams. Proposed harvestors are tranforming mechanical vibrations into electrical energy by electromagnetical induction. To achieve better electrical output, harvestors were tuned to natural frequency suitable for chosen aplication. First proposed harvestor is meant for railway track. For validation of its usability in intended application, model of railway track section is also proposed. Force generated by passing train is used for excitation of the track model. Second harvestor is nonlinear electromechanical oscilator proposed for use on unanchored sea buoy (drifter). After retuning previously proposed concept of energy harvestor to natural frequency 1.6 Hz, computation model for simulation purposes was created. After the simulation of sinusoidal excitation, the excitation based on real sea data was simulated. When excited by regular sea, the peak electric power 9 W was achieved. When excited by irregular sea the peak electrical power of the generator was 7.5 mW.
Design of a sustainable urban structure - based on a medieval city - for the 21st century.
Kunderová, Markéta ; Erben, Adam (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a sustainable urban structure of the 21st century based on a medieval town in Náměšť nad Oslavou in the Vysočina region. It is a relatively large location defined by a zoning plan for the future development of the town. The area is specific because it is located entirely on the northern slope and is directly adjacent to the railway track, which is a physical as well as noise barrier for potential construction. The aim of the thesis is to design a solution that uses the potential of the place, offers a modern and economical way of living and creates appropriate public spaces based on medieval towns. The intention is to connect the new location with the existing structure of the town and thus prevent it from becoming the city periphery.
Comparison of Open Line Track Procedures of Works
Svrček, David ; Motl, Daniel (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on design and comparison of open line track procedures of work between stations Hranice na Moravě město and Hustopeče nad Bečvou. Subject is reconstruction of railway superstructure and substructure in kilometrage 7,785 598 to 15,016 545 (except section 8,173 463 to 8,700 000) of track n°1. The target of the thesis is to optimize open line track procedures by variation of technologies and mechanization.
Building Alterations of the Track Section Tisnov - Nedvedice allowing 30 minute Clock-face Scheduling of the Passenger Trains
Moldovan, Lilija ; Křemen, Tomáš (referee) ; Říha, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of designing a 30-minute time at Tišnov - Nedvědice and building modifications connected with its implementation. In the implementation of the time, the continuity of existing connections is taken into account.
Optimization of track section Třebíč - Krahulov km 50,3-53,0
Ludvík, Matěj ; Rotschein, Petr (referee) ; Plášek, Otto (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on modification of geometric parameters and reconstruction of railway superstructure on track section Třebíč - Krahulov in km 50.3 - 53.0. During the reconstruction, it is necessary to solve the railway crossings according to the valid regulations and to restore the drainage of the line. The aim of the thesis is to reconstruct the station Třebíč - Borovina. The thesis is also the implementation of work technology.
