The target of this bachelor’s thesis is to compare the principles of lean manufacturing in the USA, Japan and Ukraine and to compare the software for lean manufacturing in these countries. The manufacturing process as well as the implementation of lean production in Japan and the present situation in companies in Japan, USA and Ukraine is described, the software applied is considered. The principles of lean manufacturing in these countries are compared with regard of these software products.
The Proposal for Process Optimization in a Business Organization

This bachelor thesis solves the issue of business processes optimization. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of process management and its benefits for a given company. Selected methods of process optimization are further described and theoretical knowledge is compared with real data. It contains a through current status analysis of selected processes in a given section of a selected company. Based on the analysis in this thesis a proposal of optimization processes is offered for costumers’ satisfaction.
Proposal of Optimization of Business Processes

This bachelor’s thesis solves problematic of optimization of business processes. Thesis is divided into the theoretical analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of process management and benefits of process management for the business. Further are described methods, on the basis is possible to analyze and improve business processes. Selected methods are then applied in the practical part to optimize the current state of selected processes in Ortika Inc. On the base of analysis is in this thesis offered proposal of optimization selected processes targeting to raise efficiency of business processes. Proposal is subsequently evaluated by chosen criteria.
Innovative technology for electrical production process

Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou elektrotechnických výrobních procesů za použití optimalizačních a inovativních metod. Základním zaměřením práce je vytvoření přehledu zakládních optimalizačních metod jako je 6 Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Total Quality management, a dalších. V další fázi půjde o představení a popis inovativní technologie TRIZ. Závěrečnou částí teoretické práce je příkladová studie, ve které je představen postup řešení inovativních návrhů TRIZ, za pomocí alagoritmu ARIZ, k nalezení rešení automatizace meřícího systému.
On the productivity increase of a machining centre with the lean manufacturing application

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zvyšování produktivity pomocí metody štíhlé výroby zvané Lean. V dnešní době je potřeba udržet si přízeň zákazníka a finanční prosperitu firmy. Právě štíhlá výroba se zaměřuje na spokojenost zákazníka a na zvýšení finančního přínosu firmě, tím, že se snaží odstranit plýtvání, která se vyskytují v procesu. Lean Six Sigma je metoda, která se zaměřuje na spokojenost zákazníka (Lean) a na zdokonalování procesů (Six Sigma). Jejím cílem je zvýšit kvalitu a zároveň snížit náklady a dobu dodání. První část diplomové práce se zabývá nástroji štíhlé výroby a detailně popisuje metody, které budou použity v praxi. V praktické části diplomové práce byly využity nástroje Lean Six Sigma především metoda DMAIC, která je označována za systematický přístup k řešení problémů. Skládá se z pěti částí: definování, měření, analýza, zlepšení a kontrola.
Termoplast injection process analysis

This thesis analyses the termoplast injection process. The goal is to map the manufacturing process of thermoplastic injection used products for the building industry. All this starting on the input material up to the shipment. The further task is to identify critical points of the manufacturing process and propose steps leading to its´ stabilization. This analysis was accomplished in the Nevoga corporation Znojmo.

Streamlining Production Processes in the TCPA Welding Shop

The thesis deals with approaches to improving processes and with application of one to a selected production process. Currently, streamlining processes is of interest to many companies, not only manufacturing ones. The relevance of the topic is also evidenced by the number of publications devoted to this very issue. The aim of the thesis is to propose improvements in manufacturing processes in the welding shop through Jiskuhen activities used in Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech s.r.o. The first part of the thesis defines terms related to processes and their management, followed by description of some of the widely used improvement approaches and their basic assumptions. The other part of the thesis focuses on the description of Jishuken activities and their subsequent practical application within the company. The thesis offers concrete proposals for improving processes and also recommendations for the management of these activities. This thesis demonstrates the philosophy of continuous improvement in the company, which serves as a reference point for other companies in the area of streamlining of processes.
